La Cuisine du Yilia Kitchen et le Breakfast
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner au Yulia Kitchen très bien, c'est à environ 10 minutes du Mall BEACHWALK de Kuta à Pied, donc pratique,

Cons:

Salle de bain sombre, pas assez de pression dans la douche, le siphon se bouche assez facilement, nous n'avons pas eu comme demander une chambre pour 3 personnes, dont une fille de 17 ans, pas adapter pour une famille de 3 personnes

Value for the price good location.
Pros:

Great location. Clean comfortable bed. Small but clean swimming pool.
The restaurant is lovely and food tasty.

Cons:

The air conditioner in room wasn’t grea.t Definitely was t working properly. Felt bit hit and stuffy in room.

Ok, if you have low expectations.

Cons:

Very basic and minimal. Lightning was terrible - no power point for the jug - only 1 pillow - air conditioning barely ran and was noisy. Worst shower.

Alloggio perfetto e Staff Super
Pros:

Resort molto accogliente e tranquillo , senza i rumori del traffico di Kuta ,ma molto centrale per la spiaggia e per i locali del centro di Kuta.
Ottima zona per visitare Uluwatu, ,la penisola di Nusa Dua con le meravigliose spiagge e la Statua di Garuda Wisnu .

Colazione inclusa nel tradizionale locale di famiglia : ottima scelta e varie opzioni con ingredienti molto buoni......anche il Cappuccino Super !

Nice, clean, good location, good price / quality ratio
Pros:

The property has a good location 200m off the Kuta Beach entrance with a lot of restaurants and shops around. The room was clean, we stayed only two night but the room was cleaned regardless and we got two bottles of water each day. It has a nice warm pool as well. I would say price quality ratio is good. It was what we exepected nothing more nothing less. We had to cancel our first booking due to medical emergency and the property decided to waive the booking fee even though it was not refundable, but then we decided to rebook once we resolved the health issues. All in all would recommand. It is nice, clean, good location but at this price one should not expect champagne caviar and jacuzzi in the room.

Cons:

Bed was a little bit uncomfortable for us but far from bad.

Good facilities, good location, good entertainment around.
Pros:

Attentive staff, spacious room, convenient restaurant, good food options (just like in pictures), close to lots of businesses, stores, restaurants, bars (e.g. Sky Garden, Avera, Engineer Room, and a lot more), beach (Pantai Kuta), malls (e.g. Beachwalk and more), activities (e.g. Waterbom, surfing). Good (promotional) price (±74% off due to low season but still lots of tourism). Very easy for Grab + Gojek to pick-up / drop-off.

Cons:

Main road is busy—as expected from a touristic location—so you’ll need to wait several minutes to exit out of Kuta to other locations, and to come back at night, so hope that your driver is patient because your Grab/Gojek will be idle multiple times while moving around this area.
