Cleanliness
9.2
Generally reported as clean and well-maintained (rooms and breakfast area praised), with occasional issues such as carpet cleanliness and empty bathroom amenities reported by some guests.
Service
9.7
Staff repeatedly described as pleasant, efficient and welcoming (front desk, breakfast staff, helpful airport shuttle); service is a strong point in reviews.
Location
9.6
Convenient location, especially for airport access and layovers; quiet setting noted. Limited nearby entertainment for longer stays was mentioned by a few guests.
Room Quality
9.3
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable (good beds, seating) with reliable Wi‑Fi; some isolated problems reported such as oversized pillows, missing blankets for roll-out beds, noisy AC and occasional empty toiletries.
Amenities
7.8
Breakfast, free parking, restaurant, and shuttle are positives, but repeated complaints about the swimming pool being closed for maintenance (and lack of prior notice) significantly lowered amenity satisfaction.
Value for Money
9.7
Frequently noted as excellent value or fair price; guests felt the hotel offered good amenities and service for the cost despite some amenity setbacks.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast consistently praised (well-stocked, tidy, tasty), coffee and on-site dining received positive mentions, and food-service staff were highlighted for good service.
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive stays—clean, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast and value—though multiple guests were disappointed by the unavailable pool, which negatively impacted some experiences.

Convenient, and great staff.
Pros:

The young lady at the front desk really made our stay. Over the phone she patiently helped us find the shuttle at the airport. Due to flight issues, we arrived hungry to learn there was no food available for purchase and we would miss breakfast due to our flight time, so she got us a breakfast to go. We so appreciated her hospitality and cheerfulness, especially since she was very busy working the desk alone, had a lineup and a ringing phone.
