Close to everything.
There was mold all over the walls and lamps, the carpet was gross, there was cockroaches in the room which is when we left. No water pressure. The lights in the bathroom half worked. The door got stuck and you had to slam it shut. It smelled terrible. The inside of the closet had holes all in. The air conditioner sounded like a rocket about to take off. We checked out after 8 hours and tried to get a refund and they pretty much acting like they didn’t care. Don’t stay here. Spend your money on something better. By far the worst hotel ever
the employees were very nice and sweet and the guests there were also pretty chill, nice and respectful I did not feel in danger. The employees and front desk clerk were also warm and friendly.
there were roaches in my room, the smoke detector’s battery kept dying, there were no extra washcloths, and as soon as I turned the heater on to test the AC, the smoke detector went off immediately. There was also a little bit of mold in my room too and the elevator smelled like expired broccoli and weed lol.

I recommended to my family who purchased two rooms on the 8-14-26 in addition to my King Suite. One room had roaches and the other TVs didn’t work and my hot water did not work. Spoke with desk and they said they would let manager but no attempt by management to address the lack of quality and service. I use to be a platinum member but o quit staying at choice for these similar examples.

The staff charged me an extra $25 and told me it was going to be refundable which after paying $88 I shouldn’t have had to pay anything extra and the lady was an an Indian that I can’t stand
unless you enjoy feeling like you're in a third world country. Everything about this hotel was awful.

While I want to note that the front desk staff was friendly, the condition and cleanliness of the hotel fell significantly short of acceptable standards:
Lack of Towels & Linens: My reservation was explicitly booked for four adults. However, upon arrival, there were only two towels in the room. When we went to the front desk to request additional towels, we were told only one was available. On night two, we attempted to get fresh towels again, but were told there was still only one available, leaving four guests without adequate fresh towels throughout our entire stay.
Cleanliness & Mold: Upon taking a shower, we discovered visible mold inside the shower area.
Debris & Stains: We found fake eyelash clusters on the floor near the bathroom, indicating the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, there were two noticeable stains on the bed situated closest to the bathroom, and what appeared to be dried bloody boogers on the room curtains. Additionally, there were black dots on the television screen, as if someone had shot it with a BB gun, so that made it impossible to enjoy our movies/shows during downtime at night.
Uncleaned Common/Hallway Areas: Prior to entering our room for the very first time, an empty liquor bottle was left sitting on the floor in the hallway outside.
Staff Conduct: During breakfast, a male staff member was sitting at one of the guest dining tables, speaking loudly on his phone using profanity while arguing about breeding dogs.
I submitted two emails to two separate emails I was provided lodging my complaints and requesting a refund. I have also emailed their corporate offices, and as of a week later have yet to receive any correspondence from either.
Location to ballpark
Not much to choose from at the hotel itself. No vending machines, etc. No designated smoking area.
