I was there (Atlanta) for my brother's brain surgery. We went to a different place the next morning!
Pros:

The breakfast was ok

Cons:

The bathroom was disgusting! There was hair in the tub and on the floor.

Stay Somewhere Else!!!
Pros:

The room size was great and the location was very convenient. However, this black man who's a housekeeper or whatever he's supposed to be is very rude stating that I "trashed my room" when in reality, the "trash" he's speaking of is all centered in on area next to the big trash bag (that I had to get myself because housekeeping WAS NOT coming by the rooms to clean). He was insulting me by calling me out my name, demanding me to go and clean the room, telling hotel staff to charge my card (which was impossible to do because I already checked out) and saying he's going to make sure "I never come back again" (once again, the hotel staff said that I am welcome to come back). Plus! There were bugs crawling on the walls, in the windows, etc. The young lady at the front desk was nice, but when I asked to speak to a manager, she stated that he wasn't there and she couldn't help either because she just didn't want to get involved. The only two things that this place has going for itself is the fact that the room was big and the location is very convenient. But, besides that??? Rude workers and other workers don't care about settling issues. It's not worth it.

The breakfast was good and they had a variety of choices to pick from.

Cons:

The restroom in my room was clogged, so I had to use a plunger each time. The window coverings did not fully close and consisted of a thin sheer curtain that allowed visibility from outside. The pool was small, square-shaped, appeared unclean, and was not equipped with heating. Additionally, although I confirmed before booking that pets were permitted, I was informed upon arrival that pets were not allowed.

I am hoping it get a full refund for the abismal hotel room.

Cons:

Toilet was plunged. Electrical had issues. I got slightly electrocuted by the light switch. Shower was dripping and broken. Furniture was broken. Completely dissatisfied.

Would have needed upgrading to be repurposed as a prison release diversion property.

Neglected. Tattered desk chair. Both TV wirelesses were broken. Water pressure was poor. Breakfast: steam choice had no meat, nor was there cold cereal available.

Awful and mentally disturbing. The add was deceptive
Pros:

I was afraid that because roaches were in my bed, they were possibly in the food. Also, I found many small roaches crawling around on the bathroom floor. The furniture looked as if it had excrement on it. I never sat on it. It was so nasty. This was the worst comfort inn of my life

Cons:

The roaches! The filthy furniture with dried excretions. (Room 320) The comfort inns I’ve visited in other cities were good; I chose this one thinking it was the same; but it affected me! I was afraid to sit or lay down. I went and bought roach spray from Target

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally nice.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and the room was clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

New carpet in the room I believe it would give the room a fresher smell.

Broken down hotel barely staying afloat
Pros:

Location

Cons:

AC was broken. Room was hot all night. Couldn’t sleep. Water was leaking from the ceiling. Elevator inspection expired in 2023. Bathroom was not clean. Furniture was wore out. Refrigerator would not get cold. Curtains were broken. Stains on mattress. Hotel and room smelled like skunk. People constantly being loud in the halls. Several people complaining about their rooms. Breakfast was a joke.

Was more than satisfactory and the staff were especially good.
Pros:
