Pros:

Check in was quick and easy. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Very quiet for the most part as well.

Cons:

The ac unit vent was covered in a mold like black substance. I thankfully brought lysol wipes and wiped down the vents and cleaned off the black stuff. Still made the room smell musty though. Also there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling.

I was okay, but they could do with more customer service training.
Pros:

It was conveniently located near the highway.

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room and was told my room faced the highway on a lower floor, but because I used Booking.com, that was the class room available for me. It really irritated me, but sucked it up. The breakfast offerings were subpar.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome.
