Pros:

I was in Harrisburg for 4 weeks, stayed at different hotels each week and this one was the cleanest. The actually switched the breakfast, the effort was appreciated.

Decent location and stay
Pros:

The room was clean, linens appeared clean and room smelled nice. Dining room was clean, pool area was clean and grounds were clean. It’s convenient to food and other areas like Hershey.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little lacking, not many options to choose from really other than egg patties, tator tots and sausage. Couple options of small muffins, yogurt and toast. Cereal was also available.
The shower head was bobbing and the shower itself was backing up.

Definitely staying again on my next HersheyPark trip
Pros:

The room was clean and the building was quiet. An excellent respite from being out all day at HersheyPark or exploring around Harrisburg.

Cons:

All three days I went down for breakfast (6:30-9:30, I went down at ~8:30-9), there was no coffee or creamer. Maybe I just went down when they were being switched, but it was weird to happen three days in a row at the same time.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Would use the hotel again.
Pros:

Great location close to major highway and any food you could want to eat.

Cons:

We had a room facing the highway and while the blinds were completely blackout we could hear every car, truck and motorcycle that went by. Some sound reducing drapes would’ve helped with that.

Overall good place to stay. Was very convenient.
Pros:

Liked having the EV chargers. Was very convenient.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was not great. The coffee and half and half cream made me throw up.

Very pleasant experience, staff friendly.
Pros:

Never an unfriendly person. Every evening asked for fresh towels never a problem getting them. Would place trash and used towels outside the door in the morning and would be picked up every day.

Cons:

Elevators slow. Room needed a lounge chair in it. There was enough room for one.
