Overall besides the swim class incident it was a wonderful stay!
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. The room was big and comfortable for my three children and myself. We stayed for a week for spring break visiting Hershey. The park and tour were incredible. It was close to everything we were doing. The pool and hot tub were a great amenity for the price! Breakfast was great. It was very clean and the pool area is beautiful! We miss it already! We’re from South Carolina but would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!!

Cons:

They host a swimming class at the pool for a good portion of the afternoon and evening some days. While the staff were great and said we were more than welcome to go in while it was going on, when in there the coaches had the kids going back and forth and my children felt like they were just in the way. And the parents looked like they felt the same. My four year old cannot enjoy the hot tub like his sisters as it’s too hot for him so we ended up just going to the room and going to dinner.

I needed a place to stay for my daughter's basketball team and the hotel was able to accommodate.
Pros:

Pool area was nice. Breakfast area was clean and food was good.

Cons:

Nothing...I liked it all

The room, service, atmosphere, I like the Quiet hour policy they have in place.

Cons:

The breakfast was not as fresh looking as the location in Springfield, OH. The shower didn't have much pressure.
