Clean property, but not worth the money,add a bit to what you have and go stay somewhere really nice
Pros:

I did not have the hotel breakfast because it was not included in the price of my stay. The location of the hotel was a good location close to everything Bolingbrook has to offer and the expressway.

Cons:

There was one young woman on the hotel staff who did not want to do anything every time I asked her a question her answer was I don’t know. The hotel rooms are not equipped with microwaves and mini fridges when I arrived at the hotel the only thing that was in my hotel room was my bed TV, etc. there was no microwave and no refrigerator after asking for both to be brought to the room, they only were able to supply me a mini fridge, which I had to allow several hours to get cold.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice and my room is amazing. The only bad thing about the room I asked for was that it didn't have a microwave. Other than that, I didn't like the food at all. I ordered an iced coffee and I think it's one of the worst I've ordered. It was hot, but when I chewed it it was like a gum.

Great experience!
Pros:

Our hockey team stayed at Aloft during our hockey play offs. The building is very clean and cozy with a fun atmosphere.

Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable.

All staff has been very kind and accommodating to our large group.

Thanks for your hospitality! Looking forward to more stays in our future.

Pros:

Good size room. Recently It was clean, felt comfortable for a family of 4 adults for one night stay. Nice shower with warm water. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Cons:

Didn’t care for the decor. The building and the hallways look dated. Could use some modernization

It was fine for what I needed.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included. The facility was clean for what I needed.

Cons:

I had no hot water to take a shower in the morning. I told the staff they said they were aware. This is the difference in the rating vs individual questions.
