Pros:

Well S/O to Ms Kalesia although she's a GA bulldog fan lol very sweet great customer service love her energy because boy did I have a day. The hotel was amazing room was clean very quiet the kids love the pool

Pros:

The room was huge! Bed was so comfortable! Not very big shower and vanity area.

Cons:

The breakfast was nasty! Hard biscuits that I couldn’t cut. Eggs were watery and tasteless.

Much Better After The Reno-With Caveats
Pros:

We've stayed at this Hampton since it opened. Over the years, it was allowed to decay in every respect, but was renovated recently. Glad to see that the physical plant is back up to Hampton standards. I stay at Hamptons for consistency, not surprises.

Having said that, we detected some cheapening out. The beds are far too soft and give instant backache, just like Marriot Marshmallows. The one chair in the double room was an antiquated barrel-back type and uncomfortable. What happened to the basic office chairs Hampton used to provide? The breakfast bar selections were pretty standard, but disappointed to see only scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy on a Sunday morning. Hope this is not the way the entire chain is going.
