This is a very nice hotel! Our room was updated and very clean! Staff was very friendly and professional. They made check in very fast and efficient. We will definitely stay again.

Location and amenities are exceptional
Pros:

LOCATION!!!! Steps away from the Sky Park and Ober Gatlinburg. A block off the main property. The room was huge. We booked the King Suite. The bed was comfortable even had a pull out sofa bed. Room had great amenities like a keurig, mini fridge, even a microwave. Had 2 TVs. We had the Jacuzzi room, it was a tad small for two people but still excellent. Parking is charged which is understandable because everywhere in the area has paid parking. Keep in mind breakfast is an up charge too. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel instead went down the road to the Pancake Pantry, and that was by far the best breakfast I have had. All in all an amazing stay and great hotel

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the chain was broken/missing from the window shade so we couldn't open them and the room was pitch black during the day. As well as the Jacuzzi automatically shut off after 15 to 20 minutes. Everything else was exceptional.

Strongly doesn't for value of your money. You can find with half of that price for same quality.

Cons:

Such an expensive hotel and we received room.with full of roof covered without any nature view from the window. Breakfast is very very poor for such price. I felt like guilty while eating my breakfast how staff is treating.
