Cons:

I reserved a room with a jacuzzi, fireplace and balcony back in September just to show up and be told they don't have my room. They blamed it on the app and didn't seem to care that they gave my room away. Not to mention I called 2 days before to confirm the reservation and was told everything was in order. This was also my birthday weekend and the whole reason I picked the hotel was for the Jacuzzi room. I was beyond disappointed and it ruined my weekend. I also emailed the property and no one bothered to email me back. Needless to say I will never stay at a Hilton ever again.
