Convenient, good location. Staff was professional and friendly especially when the washing machine ate my $. Staff had to put more $ in the machine.
There was construction going which you could smell and taste the dust in the air and because of the construction you couldn’t use the gym. There was nothing given back to the patron as a sorry for the inconvenience just give me your $. There was only a pay for breakfast in this inconvenience as well.
The location and pool area.
How much breakfast was and a lot of rooms weren’t available
Staffs are friendly and easily accessible
Friendliness of staff. Cleanliness everywhere. Beds comfortable. Staff recognized my desire for a quiet room.
Wake up call did not occur. Shampoo was not filled. Upgrades needed with some furniture.
Location midway between Sequioa and Yosemite parks
Poor bathroom condition requiring maintenance.
One of the lights didn’t work intermittently. Ceiling of bathroom was filthy. Bathroom vent was not working. Bathroom sink drain was clogged. Shower head came off when turning on the tap and was just stuck to the pipe. Really bad. Rest of room was ok. Staff at front desk did take all the notes above but this wasn’t really helping us at the end of the day. We checked in late night and most of these issues were discovered the next morning. These issues should have been detected if the rooms were properly inspected time to time.
