View is amazing- Location is amazing.
Pros:

View is amazing- stayed in room 1702 and then 1708- shocked to see how drastically different the 2 suites are for assuming the same price.

I was moved after the first night, due to leaking and blocked toilet. I also arrived needing to shower with no water and then when it came on it was muddy and smelt.

even after moving myself the toilet dripped/leaked the entire duration.

Very amazing experience
Pros:

The staff was amazing, the view was beautiful.
The bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

The quality vs. price from the menu doesn't add up. The cocktails are not proper and very far from quality for that price. Water was also overpriced.
Can put more milk and water in the rooms.

Cons:

My experience at the Radisson Blu was not great. The shower was not clean at all, which was very disappointing. The room also had a horrible drain smell that made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the curtains were very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time.

I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance from a hotel of this reputation. Unfortunately, these issues had a negative impact on my overall stay. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

No professionalism in terms of their hospitality services

It was clean and good location

Cons:

No luggage service to the room, there was some noisy maintenance happening during the day without a warning, we couldn’t rest properly the noise was very disturbing.
