Overall I’d stay again and seems great for families
Pros:

Great area and close to the major sports complex’s and Six Flags. Breakfast was standard continental style as expected. Hotel staff accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

Beds aren’t as soft as I prefer, could use a fan in the room to circulate the air conditioning better than what it is. Located a lot of small ants traveling along the outer room corridor.

Not friendly to Booking guests.
Pros:

Great hotel, good breakfast, very clean, suites are really roomy.

Cons:

Price is up $60 from last yr. Front desk (KiKi?) was less than friendly checking in bc of Booking being a “third party” and she couldn’t add our Hilton number to get credit for the stay. Our room wasn’t ready after check in time, so we waited in lobby along with another party. KiKi walked past us to take the other party bottles of water but totally ignored us (We’re Hilton honors members and she knew that bc she said she couldn’t add our number!) After a short wait KiKi said we could check in. She was emphatic that I wouldn’t be able to use the Hilton app at the same time the Hilton app was telling me to check in though them! And the Hilton app digital key worked the whole time!

101 nights and counting.
Pros:

Very clean room, heat and air are great, and the bed is TOO comfortable. Vegetable tray with ranch dressing please would be nice. No, just kidding. This is one of the nicest homes away from home I have experienced. Staff are professional, friendly and say hello when I pass by. The selection of snacks look great and the breakfast option is fantastic. I only stay at a Hilton property when I travel, as of today that has been 101 nights since January 1st. This Hampton Inn is the best. The atmosphere is not chaotic and not rushed. Value is reasonable and not over priced. Yes, you can hear the nearby highway traffic, so what. That is just a reminder that a world exists and it’s time to get back on the road.

Staff was incredible! Very helpful with all questions!

Cons:

I booked through a third party service, the wording stating that the king room slept 3 people was VERY deceptive. If a king room only sleeps 2 adults and a child, say that. Don’t just say it sleeps 3 people.

Great Trip! Quick drive to the stadium!

The variety of food options was terrific! My boys loved the texas shaped waffle

Cons:

The pool was ICE cold! My boys enjoyed having it to themselves but their lips were blue the whole time.

It was very clean and comfortable. Great location.

When I arrived and checked in the front desk receptionist was rude. I had asked her about points, because I had received an email message regarding points. She then told me that didn't apply to me because I had booked through a third party. I then proceeded to apologize to her because I didn't know that. She said nothing afterwards. She didn't even give information on hours for breakfast, nor check out times. She was pretty rude.

Pros:

Booked this hotel mainly for the indoor heated pool. Get there and it was down for maintenance and had been down for @ 1 week already. If you go and are going for the pool make sure to call to see if it's even up & running!

Cons:

Indoor pool as listed wasn't even working.
