they gave our room to somebody else lobby restroom was dirty they ruined our birthday trip
The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was nice and cool in the room.
There was a strong scent in the lobby area that was not pleasant. The hotel is a bit run-down.

We stayed it handicapped rooms , which we didn’t mind it the fact that we couldn’t have a decent shower without the water getting super hot.

Good location
There was what looked like mold on the ceiling. The sheets had black spots on them.
We just got back from San Antonio and spent four nights here with family. We found the hotel to be very comfortable, clean, hospitable and centrally located. Boutique style furnishings. Our king bed was super duper comfy-we slept like babies. Nice fitness center which we used and clean outdoor pool which we didn’t use. Nice toiletries, working A/C, hallways smelled great. Free coffee in the lobby. Nice bar-gathering area. The only glitch was one of the elevators was out of order for our entire stay. The other one was also unavailable one night but got fixed by the time we got back. The prices were super reasonable, too. Really nice breakfast-lunch place next door. Shuttle to airport (which we didn’t need). Felt very safe here. Maybe turn down the house music in the lobby a bit especially in the daytime. But overall, a very pleasant experience.
The location was awesome. Anything you need was on the same block. The lobby was definitely a vibe. Very modern and great place to lounge. Rooms are decent and clean.
The dog relief area was full of sticker burs. The rooms are small. The shower was terrible. Water didn’t get hot and the water just leaked out on the floor. The shower door had no seal. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.
Stayed here before and I liked the location which is why I chose it again. Beds are comfortable.
Walls are a little thin and you can hear everything.
Would not recommend staying here. It is in a good location but woke up to bed bug bites and a bug in my bed. Cannot believe I could not get clean sheets.
The central location was good.
Our room wasn’t clean & the shower had no hot water. While we were at the front desk asking ti be moved to another room, a guest came to tell them the handle to the shower came off in his hand. Our second room was better, but this location is in disrepair. Would not recommend.
Got to the location after driving 3 hours and was told our reservation was canceled
