Bay Palms Waterfront Resort - Hotel and Marina

This resort is by far the best in cleanliness, awesome staff, and top 3 monitored safety area to feel 100% safe. By far 1 out of 10 rating I give it a 10 stars by far.
The manager Aaron is outstanding and treats everyone as I've seen just like his own family.
I'll definitely keep coming back over and over again
Let me also stress the housekeeping is on point which is a major plus in my eye.

THIS PLACE IS the friendliest place on the Beach, clean, fun, and the guests are ALL enjoying it as well!!!

Perfect quiet beach experience, rooms clean and bed was super comfy. Kitchenette was very handy. Aaron and his staff was welcoming and made sure we didn’t need anything and that we were happy with our time there. We loved it!!!

Room was clean hotel staff was amazing especially Ms. Judy. She was so kind to me and my girlfriend and she has such a beautiful soul

We had a great visit. Friendly, accommodating staff. Cherish and Annika were particularly wonderful in helping us maximize our stay.

My husband and I come to to Tampa every 3 months to meet my transplant team at Tampa general hospital and before we head back home, we like to stop at St. Pete Beach and came across this place on a third party app and figured we'd check it out. We instantly fell in love with this place! Annika was a huge help when our TV wasn't working right and came to our rescue lol. She's a super friendly person and deserves a huge raise! ☺️
I'm going to recommend this place to all of my friends.

This place is awesome! All the staff were so helpful. Kyleigh was very welcoming when we checked in yesterday. Annika came and helped with our TV that night and Cherish was so helpful the following morning we decided to extend our stay. Dan Engels helped us to replace all our used linen for our second day. My wife is on the transplant list at Tampa general so we come up every 3 months. We've stayed at many places here on St Pete Beach. This is by far the best, we will be back.

This place was so clean and our cleaning gal Judy was extremely nice and helpful, everyone there was so friendly, we look forward to our next visit!

Great stay and I have been all over the country and. Never meet more friendly and people that actually like there job to care about their customers.. Ms Judy was friendly and made me feel welcome and was very helpful and didn't mind sharing or helping with my questions

My husband and I did a mini-moon at the Plaza Beach Resort in St. Pete. We’re in love with vintage times and retro looks- this place was an absolute dream!!! The room was gorgeous and had everything we could have needed, especially a teal fridge!! The resort was everything and more. Not only is there a pool, a tiki bar and private beach access, there’s mini golf, corn hole, a ping pong table, hot coffee every morning and a happy hour in the lounge with beer and wine! We couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and kind. Don & Aaron took great care of us and had amazing conversation. We will be coming back! You couldn’t ask for more. And even though my husband and I don’t have children, it seems to be the perfect spot to bring your kids and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine!

One of our favorite places to stay. The clean rooms close to anything we want to do would be enough to make anyone want to come back, but for us, we come as often as we do because of Cherish!! Cherish is always so kind and helpful. She accommodates any of our requests super fast. Looking forward to visiting again soon!!

Had an amazing family experience!! The manager and staff went above and beyond..our family had so much fun! Beautiful beach super clean property. We loved the put put, the ping pong and beach bar too! Don't miss the penny bathroom - it's one of a kind! Can't wait to go back again soon!!!

Great location on the bay. I saw dolphins in the morning on the dock. The standard room on the second floor was clean and quiet. Rooms are non-smoking but the property is not, there are ashtrays on tables just outside the room doors and a butt receptacle on the second floor that smells awful. Designated smoking area should be away from the rooms, not just outside room doors. Beach access is a short walk across the street at the Plaza Beach main resort. Aaron at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my visit.

Such an experience, so many nice people, Sharina was absolutely amazing and so helpful with getting booked and reserved! very clean and cute rooms. Perfect beach retreat for family and friends. Highly recommend

Chose this stay because the price and location were perfect. A great option that won’t break the bank but you can still have a nice stay. Being located right on the beach was ideal for quickly getting to the water, and enjoying our beach days. Resort offered multiple pools, a beach bar right on the property, and they even offered free beer/wine for happy hour! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a smooth, enjoyable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and insightful. Would recommend supporting this local family business
