Erstes Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, hatte Klimaanlage, die heizte, nicht kühlte. Umständliche, verzögerte Reklamation, obwohl wir einen Termin hatten. Frau, die Reparatur vornehmen sollte, sprach nur Englisch, hatte keine
Ahnung, war sehr unwissend und unhöflich.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Berlin, haben viel gesehen, tolles Wetter und ganz viel Spaß.
Pros:

Zalety stanowczo przeważają nad wadami.
Pros:

Byłem tu drugi raz (por. moja recenzja z 20 marca 2025 r.) i podtrzymuję wszystkie pozytywne uwagi. Jest coś takiego w tym hotelu, że choć to duży obiekt przyjmujący setki gości, potrafi wytworzyć przytulną atmosferę. Za rozmiar i rozplanowanie pokoi, wyposażenie łazienki, wygodę łóżek, działanie WiFi (choć można by zrezygnować z konieczności powtórnego logowania co dzień-dwa) - najwyższe noty. Bardzo uczynny personel, nie tylko w sytuacjach typowych - gdy np. musieliśmy coś wydrukować i zeskanować, posłużono nam pomocą bez zwłoki. Nie licząc nawet korzyści wynikłych z doskonałego położenia, zatrzymać się tu po prostu warto. Zalecam prosić o pokoje wychodzące na wewnętrzny dziedziniec - są znacznie cichsze niż te położone od ulicy.

Cons:

Po tym wszystko aż przykro wypisywać zastrzeżenia, których niestety również jest sporo. Trudno powiedzieć, by pokój w pełni odpowiadał opisowi - klimatyzacja działała tylko w łazience, podwójne łóżko okazało się dwoma zsuniętymi. Na zasłonach, wieszaku na ubrania itp. elementach wyposażenia nie brakowało kurzu. Znacznie gorszym problemem okazały się jednak prace remontowe - rozumiem, że hotel musi się modernizować, ale sądząc po trwających czasami kilka godzin dziennie odgłosach wiertarki i podobnego sprzętu, ulokowano nas chyba pod samym centrum robót.
Z kwestii mniej istotnych warto by może zwiększyć wybór ciepłych wegetariańskich/wegańskich dań na śniadaniu. W tej sferze goście mają zwykle wybór między wieprzowiną, jajkami i naleśnikami - przez 11 dni pobytu tylko raz pojawiły się grzyby i bodaj dwa fasola. Czemu by nie rozbudować oferty w tym kierunku?

wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Leonardo Hotel und es war wieder schön
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön , ruhig und doch kommt man in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn. Für kleine Besorgungen ist das Wilma Shoppen in circa 10 Gehminuten gut erreichbbar.Die Goodies neben Rezeption, ( Süßigkeiten in Gläsern mit Zange, Äpfel, und Wasser und Kaffee ), haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Personal duchgehend freundlich.

Cons:

Leider die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sie sind leider nicht vorhanden.

Pros:

Torno sempre qui quando sono a Berlino. Cosa mi piace? Le stanze sono confortevoli, silenziose, curate, i materassi stupendi, fa fresco d’estate e caldo in inverno, ci sono le macchinette del caffè e una bottiglia d’acqua inclusa. Generalmente la pulizia è molto buona, il personale gentile e attento, la posizione centrale e ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici. Possibilità di lasciare in custodia in bagagli gratuitamente se si arriva in anticipo sul check-in o si parte dopo il check-out.

Cons:

All’arrivo il bagno non era a posto come al solito: il wc era sporco esternamente e il lavandino non scaricava bene. L’ho segnalato ed è stato risolto.
