Pros:

Die Zimmern sind zwar recht klein, waren aber sehr sauber und für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Frühstück war gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Hotel ist Nahe der U Bahn, somit ist man gleich im Zentrum

Zentral gelegen, aber nicht einfach zu finden
Pros:

Nachtbesetzung der Rezeption und Ansprechbarkeit. Es gibt Hotels, welche nach 22 Uhr die Zimmer nicht betreten lassen und das Zimmer nicht mir stornieren lassen

Cons:

Die Duschkabine war schmutzig und Schimmelflecken und es war zu dunkel. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht alle öffnen, was mich sehr störte, da ich frische Luft einatmen wollte.

Soweit alles ok.Lage des Hotels ist für mich ideal.
Pros:

Wenn ich in Berlin bin, verbinde ich dies in Regel mit einem Opernbesuch. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig 200m von der Oper entfernt und ist für mich deshalb ideal.

Cons:

Wie häufig leider in Berlin ist die Umgebung recht ungepflegt. Dafür ist das Hotel aber nicht verantwortlich.

Renovated and clean. Good location right near U-bahn station.

Elevator situation needs to be addressed. Several times we waited for it for 20 minutes.
