Nice and clean. Fix the hot water problem and breakfast is a exercise for employees to break down as fast as they can

Water is not hot ? Cannot take a shower? Breakfast is a terrible event? No coffee at 8am ? Food all gone by 7 am Employees rushing to put away everything

No disappointments, good service, good food, good location, will stay again when visiting relatives.
Pros:

Breakfast was not large, but had all of the foods needed to have a heartly breakfast, ie; eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, muffons, oatmeal, fruit, etc.

Cons:

A few more carts to load/unload baggage, people kept most of them in their rooms overnight so there was only one available (luckily) when I went downstairs at 5:00 AM to get one.

Comfortable, clean but disappointed in lack of a suitable chair in room.
Cons:

Our second stay at this location. The room was spacious but only a desk chair without a second chair suitable for watching TV. We were told this was a downsizing for this class of motel. Previous visit last fall included some nice cookies in lobby, now those are not available.

Staff is rude
Pros:

This hotel is okay, service here sucks! The staff are not personable, always having tech issues, everyone has a new reason why they can’t do something. Very frustrating for the price you pay.

Behind the times
Pros:

Decent enough hotel. Clean enough and appointed decently. But an older hotel. And one thing I see within the Hilton footprint that seems to be an issue with the older properties. USB ports, or the lack of them. It is 2026. Everybody in the world uses ports to charge phones, IPads, etc. Not a one in this room. Better keep up with the times folks
