Geweldig ontbijtpersoneel, maar slechte ervaring bij de balie

Het personeel bij het ontbijt is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is top en je hebt een mooi uitzicht op het park

Cons:

De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf hoorden we een vrouw heel hard "stoppen" schreeuwen. Toen we hier melding van maakten, vroegen ze eerst of we een tour wilden boeken. Daarna werd de melding afgewimpeld en werd er laconiek een andere kamer aangeboden.

Het baliepersoneel vonden wij niet goed. Bij het inchecken keek de jongeman ons schaapachtig aan alsof we helemaal geen kamer hadden geboekt. Bij het uitchecken moesten we verplicht wachten en onze spullen neerzetten omdat de kamer gecontroleerd moest worden. Dit vonden we heel vreemd, aangezien er niet eens een minibar aanwezig is.

Nos encantó el desayuno buffett, la habitación también estuvo muy bien, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí, su ubicación también fue central. Pudimos dejar allí en recepcion nuestro equipaje despues del chech out, gracias

Possibilité de déposer ses bagages avant d’avoir la chambre
Le hall d’entrée est sympathique
Les portier sont très aimables

Je me demande si les murs ont été fait avec du papier tellement on entend tout
Le petit déjeuner, le choix est assez copieux au niveau du salé, mais alors au niveau du sucré c’est la débandade.. et en plus ce qu’il y a n’est pas très bon
Le personnel à l’accueil pourrait être un peu plus aimable
Le lit est petit et les chambres sont assez vieillote et petite pour le prix qu’on paye c’est un peu abusé
