Beautiful hotel with great service. Hard to find a better location.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Many items that would please just about everyone and very enjoyably served on the beautiful rooftop. Great location on the main road and close to Walking Street.

Cons:

No cold water, only hot. Could not use the amazing looking jacuzzi hot unless you want to boil yourself.

Ubytování bylo dostačující, super lokalita. Jediné co nám vadilo byla spousta malých mravenců a ne moc dobrá snídaně.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Excellent location for us as we were catching the Giant Ibis bus the following morning and it was just 5 minutes walk away (as was backpackers street where you could get great food). Staff were friendly, room was very clean and spacious, couldn’t fault it. There was a celebration going on well into the early hours in the park opposite and we never heard a thing in our room.

Cons:

Nothing, we would certainly stay there again

Ich habe die Zimmer Grand Deluxe dreibett gebucht und bezaht, ich habe Doppel Deluxe Twin bekommt, habe gefragt, warum??? Einfach anwortet , übersehen, mein Zimmer ist schon verkauft. Sie hat mich 200.000 vn đồng zurueck gegeben ( ca7 euro) Unglaublich Gottseidank habe ich ein Nacht. Ich habe beim Booking.com schon relarmiert.

Goed uitgangspunt voor korte dagtripjes. Voldoende restaurants in de buurt.
Pros:

Ontbijt goed, niét overdadig.
Personeel kundig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Omgeving was wat rommelig.
Je moet de kamer vooruit betalen. Ik bengewend aanhet eind alles tegelijk afte rekenen.

Eigenlijk niets.

It's a yes from our 5 week stay 👍
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, hotel staff friendly and efficient, breakfast selection

Cons:

We had contacted the property before arriving to see if we could pay for our 5 week stay by debit card. We were told yes. On arriving we were told we had to pay cash for our stay. We only had GBP so reception converted to VND & wanted to charge £40 more for our stay than our booking - we agreed to pay £20 more. Only other issue is anyone with mobility issues should be told they can get lift to ground floor basement (staff area) where you can walk out of hotel ground level to avoid the many stairs at the entrance to the hotel.

Lugar centrico, pero estan todas las paradas de buses que llegan a la ciudad y es muy caotico

Ubicación esta bien, cerca del centro. Pero están todas las paradas de autobuses que llegan a la ciudad y las aceras son un poco caóticas, casi no puedes moverte. La habitación esta bien. El desayuno muy bien, mucha variedad
