Good in a pinch, but not for comfort

The front desk lady was wonderful. So friendly and helpful

Cons:

I reserved a King ADA suite. That rooms ac/heat didnt work at all so we were moved to a double queen suite. That rooms ac did not run adequately either. The faucet on the tub was loose from the tub & you can see behind it. The outlets were old and most of our plugs couldnt stay in the holes. It made using a cpap & charging our phones difficult

Comfortable place in a good location.
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel, and very typical for Holiday Inn Express. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The WiFi was slow, and the water pressure wasn’t too high, otherwise I would give it 5 stars. The breakfast bar had several choices, and everything was fresh. There were several youth sports teams staying there, so it was noisy until almost midnight. The location is near the interstate, and you have several restaurants nearby.

Best Stay in Johnson City
Pros:

I travel consistently for work, usually averaging 50 nights out of town per year in 5 different states. This hotel is my favorite. I have stayed here over twenty times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, professional and always makes you feel welcome. They go out of there way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Bethany always makes you feel welcome after a long day at work and is always quick to help out a guest if the other person has had to step away from the desk for other hotel business. Holly or Liz are there most times I check in, and they do an excellent job of making sure check-in is a quick and pleasant experience. Even if large numbers of people come in at once, they both have a gift for keeping things moving as efficiently as possible without making people feel rushed or hurried along. They are always quick with a welcome back and a friendly word to make you feel welcome and not just another task to get through. Overall, the staff always provides a positive experience. I have never had an issue with room cleanliness, and any issues I have experienced have been quickly resolved. The hotel even does guest appreciation a couple nights every week where they welcome you with complimentary drinks and snacks. There isn't a better place to stay in Johnson City, and I will be continuing to stay here in the future.

Great experience every time we stay
Pros:

Extremely clean hotel with exceptional service. We stay here every time we visit Johnson City, which is almost monthly. Breakfast is always great and housekeeping does a fantastic job.

Would not stay again
Cons:

Tv in room was set on Spanish, was given another remote and was told to go fix it. Finally upgraded us to a bigger room and Tv was on English. Was clean and comfortable, breakfast could have been better and more nutritious. Shower nozzle was loose in bath, mold on bathroom ceiling. for the price it was not worth it.
