Pros:

Loved! Only down fall was the beds were too soft for our comfort. Difficult getting comfortable and woke with sore backs.

Kyle was very helpful. The heat in our room gave off Vladimir very bad Nell so he moved us to another room

The remodel is very nice.

Cons:

Orel seems to have three different types of thermostats and the staff isn’t sure how to get them to work. The last time we stayed we ended up just turning it off completely. This time it was an older thermostat and was very easy to go from heat to cold and adjust the temperature.

There are no towel bars at all so where are we supposed to put the towels?
