Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who must be present at all times. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.

Great location for the gorge walk and whale watching.. Quiet location being the last building in the street. Spacious apartment with everything you need provided. Comfortable beds and air con in the living area.

Cons:

We really liked our stay. Minor points to note were no separate air con in the bedrooms, only in the living area so we had to keep our bedroom doors open or be hot. Bedrooms had fans but being a unit on the back of the building and a hot, humid weekend, there was no breeze and fans were insufficient. Bit of mould in the bathrooms. No lift to the upper floors in our building - ok for us but if u had elderly or invalids with you, this would be difficult.

Enjoyable family time. Great property management.
Pros:

Overall comfort although the price on high side with limited ocean view. Apartment basic provision such as kitchen amenities were abundant. Thank you for the keeping up with the standard of holiday comfort.

Cons:

Bugs! Not sure how they get into the apartments!! Some maintenance upkeep perhaps as property is close to ocean & its salty erosion?!

The seaview from the property was the absolute highlight for me! Quiet location, 5 min walk from the bus stop. Main Beach and cafes 5 min walk. 20 min walk to supermarket. We managed really well for our 4 night stay without needing a car.

Overall a lovely stay, would stay again.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views and roo's grazing on the lawn throughout out stay. Good location and friendly staff.

Cons:

We had asked for an early check in which was granted and was great, however, it did appear the floors hadn't been moped or hovered. On requesting the following day they rectified and it was then spotless. Would have preferred just to be told a later time and the apartment be fully ready.
Would also recommend fly screens be added for all the windows so you can enjoy the breeze.
