Nice respite during our long trip. Would stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding. The room comfortable and clean and up to date.

Cons:

It was Easter and all the restaurants were closed in the evening. Not a fault of the hotel, though.

Pros:

The guy on the desk on the evening was great! Checked in and in the elevator within two minutes! Enthusiastic and polite

Cons:

The Kitchenette had NOTHING. Microwave, fridge and a sink but no cups or cutlery or any plates

Everything was great just a stopover. Staff very helpful and friendly

Overall a pleasant stay
Pros:

Upon checkin the counter staff Ray was very pleasant and helpful. We booked 2 rooms with a king and sofa bed. One room only had a bed and a chair. So we went to the desk to say that wasn't going to work for our party of 5. The GM came out and was quite rude saying she does to have to guarantee a sofa bed even though that's what you book and pay for online. She got very belligerent about it. After I gave her my conformation that we indeed book the rooms with the sofa bed and king bed she "found" a suite room and still made us pay the upcharge fee for that. I was not happy about that but was caught between a rock and a hard place with the other guests arriving. i wish I remembered her name but I will say that Ray was very polite and accommodating to our group for our stay. The heat went out in one of the rooms the first night and he had it fixed within an hour or two the next morning.

Overall was a good hotel. just a few places that need attention.
Pros:

Front desk staff was great. Hotel is in a good location. rooms were nice.

Cons:

Heating unit in the room was loud and kept us up all night. Hotel lobby is way to cold. Breakfast was had to enjoy because the room was freezing.

Our stay with our dog was ok but the loud fan and uncomfortable bed prevented us from getting a good night’s rest .
