Great location - but is it very tired and not being well managed or maintained.
Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

Our apartment was really dirty and old. Lots of maintenance issues, hadn’t been cleaned properly ( dishwasher not emptied, other dishes and glasses filthy, bathrooms not clean)

Also provided with the worst level of basics - one bin liner, one tea towel, 2 dishwasher tables, a tablespoon of dishwashing liquid)

It was clean and a great location

Cons:

The power points in the bathroom didn’t hold a plug in. A cupboard door in the kitchen was falling off and the bench top was uneven and looked like it could fall off.

Pros:

Perfect location - walking distance to, the beach, oasis shopping mall & lots of eateries! Easy parking
Apartment was large and accommodated our family of 5 easy.

Cons:

Apartment could do with a deep clean. Wouldn’t recommend staying on a low level if have children - very loud music could be heard most nights until 10pm from bar across the street. Other than that great place to stay!

Amazing front office staff who were very friendly and helpful. The location is the best you can get with a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely coming back very soon

We stayed for a week and the location was perfect. The overall condition of the huge apartment was run down.
Pros:

Location was amazing

Cons:

Getting a key outside of hours took about 45 minutes because the lock box was not working. The walls of the apartment were dirty, the ice maker in the fridge was frozen up. Both TVs needed fixing ( input connection). The pool was not clean at times eg rubbish on the bottom.

Good value but dated apartment
Pros:

Great location, huge apartment, super clean, nice staff and great parking. Good value for money all in all.

Cons:

The furniture was so dated and one of the beds had a dimple in the mattress.
The kitchen's knives were super dull which made it hard to cook.
Construction next door but our apartment faced the other direction so it didn't bother us but just FYI.

The property only had x3 high bar chairs to sit on while on the verandah yet it was an apartment that catered for 8!!
So we had to bring the dining chairs out onto the verandah
