楽しかったです。
Pros:

立地が最高！フロントの方は、丁寧で良かった。

Cons:

夜中に出かけて、入れなくなった。友達に連絡して起きて来てもらって無事に中に入れた。
夜中に出かける時の注意を言われてなかったので、部屋キーをかざすだけで良かったのであれば、それを言って欲しかったです。もしくは、注意書きをドアの所にでも書いてて欲しかった。

Pros:

部屋は改装されており，とても綺麗で便利でした。洗面所とシャワー室が別になっており，快適でした。御堂筋線の南口から出てすぐなので，とても便利な場所です。

Cons:

朝食の種類が少し少なく，味ももう少し良ければ，完璧だと思います。

I wanted to have luggage sent onto next hotel. Staff couldn’t help make this happen. The 7/11 a few doors down was more helpful.

お風呂と立地がよかったです。
Pros:

御堂筋線からほんとにすぐでとても綺麗なホテルでした。
大阪の前に東京のホテルに泊まったのですがお風呂が使いにくく今回はどうかなと思いながら泊まったのですが とてもお風呂が入りやすくて 髪の毛もとても洗いやすかったです！！！

Cons:

一つだけ チェックインの際に担当して下さったスタッフの方 きっと新人さんだったので 仕方ないと思いますが 説明して下さっている時に 説明が不足してる部分やごにょごにょと話されており 何を言っているかが聞き取りにくかったです。
