Outstanding customer service and worked with us when we needed an extra night booked.
Pros:

Right next to the Ōsaka Main train station. Less than five minute walk. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Five Stars *****.

Cons:

A little pricey but I get it.

excellent accommodation close to trains
Pros:

i had a large spacious room which included a lounge to relax on. the faciities were great.
When i didso nt have my room cleaned they left a bag with towels etc on my door which was a nice touch.

Cons:

to get up to reception there is no lift, stairs only. there is a downstairs escalator.
may be different if you are driving in but I came by train

Très bon emplacement comme base pour faire des excursions à la journée.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du métro Midosuji et de la gare de Shin-Osaka. Commerce et restaurant à proximité.

Cons:

les chambres sont mal insonorisées, ce qui était gênant la nuit lorsqu’on entend le voisin ronfler. Mal dormi les premières nuits.

La cercanía de la estación Shin-Osaka. El hotel cumple su funcion para dormi y asearse despues de un periplo dw rodo el día por la ciudad

Cons:

Las habutaciones suelen ser muy pequeñas y algo agibiantes cua do se viaja en pareja.

Pros:

The hotel's location is great. It is close to the train station and a few good restaurants. The room was a decent size and clean. The room had three separate beds, which came in handy for my family.

Cons:

We had some issues with the room's air-conditioning. Apparently, the entire floor was set to heating function. It was extremely hot in the room. We tried to change the settings, but it didn't work. We called the reception at 1 AM to ask how to change the setting to cool the room. We were told that it was not possible and asked to open the window. This was really uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location location location! Just a stone throw away to the metro station & Shin Osaka Station. 7-11 & Family mart are nearby. Very convenient. Hotel room is very clean. Bed is comfortable & cosy.

Good stay, convenient
Pros:

Comfy bed and pillows. Smart TV with Netflix and Disney, amongst others. Separate shower and toilet.

Cons:

No USB to charge phone, but reception lent us a charger.
