Ми бронювали 2 ліжка, нам дали двоспальне ліжко, але як чудово, що матраци окремі, доволі широкі, нові, звісно і 2 ковдри. Постільна білизна і рушник біла і чиста високої якості. Санвузол чистий з запахом свіжості!

Preis-Leistung top
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für den Preis kann man keinen großen Luxus erwarten, aber wem ein zweckmäßiges, sauberes Zimmer genügt, kann durchaus hier buchen. Es liegt nicht direkt am Hauptbahnhof, ist aber fußläufig gut erreichbar, auch gibt es eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn direkt vorm Hotel. Auch die Königsallee, Altstadt und das japanische Viertel sind gut erreichbar. Check in und out waren sehr unkompliziert und schnell, Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Cons:

Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn man sehr hellhörig ist und einen Straßenlärm stört, könnte es bei der Lage des Zimmers zur Straße hin zu laut sein.
Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert und kann daher nicht beurteilt werden.

فقط ارجل الأسرة المعدنية حادة تستوجب الحذر وينقصهم أحذية قماشية منزلية قابلة للغسل ليس كل المسافرين يحملون أحذيتهم المنزلية معهم والبقاء بأحذية الرياضة او السفر داخل الغرفة مرهق خاصة ان الأرضيات غير مفروشة

Ich möchte mich herzlich bei dem gesamten Team des Hotels für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt bedanken. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre.
​Ganz besonders möchte ich jedoch einen jungen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hervorheben. Ich war positiv überrascht und überaus glücklich darüber, dass er Ukrainisch sprach. In einem fremden Land in der Muttersprache begrüßt zu werden, hat meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Er war zudem äußerst höflich, hilfsbereit und professionell.
​Ein großes Lob an das Management für so qualifiziertes und empathisches Personal! Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.
