Additionally, the hotel staff requested an extra €54 as city tax. We had already booked and paid for the hotel online 7–8 days prior to our stay, so this additional charge was unexpected.

La infraestructura está muy buena, es un hotel grande, espacioso. La sala de estar/bar es muy amplia y tiene buen ambiente. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y los colchones están súper!

No hay cocina. Compré un agua mineral (la más cara de la historia) nunca me dijeron de devolverla allí, ni porq me cobraban 0,50€ por el plástico q en realidad en todos lados es 0,25€. He tenido un inconveniente con los recepcionistas, una noche la tuve q pagar dos veces y no hubo manera de q entendieran el error q habían cometido. Por suerte a la mñn siguiente al ir a hablar con el manager el
Solucionó el problema y a los días he recibido el rembolso en mi banco. Perdi mas de 2 horas explicando el problema en la madrugada, mejor capacitación al equipo de recepción.
