We feel cheated. Over priced and under delivered by way of guest satisfaction

Two issues I rang the hotel at 6 in the morning to make sure there will be taxi waiting for us at the airport. He told me to send email rather than checking their booking records. I had already paid for 4 days. Than manager I think said taxi was sent but I didn’t not know as the person never informed me . She did not believe me then asked me which number I rang . So I rang the number there and then. Showed her time of my phone call . She wanted to charge me for the taxi but I refused . In the end they didn’t charge. Which was good

It was one of the worst experiences of my life regarding the hotel staff. I arrived at the hotel around midnight with an injured leg. I asked for help because I had a problem with my Uber payment, but no one wanted to help me. They sent me away that night to find a bank to withdraw money. Limping in a lot of pain, I found two ATM banks, but both were out of order. I returned to the hotel, limping and exausted, and the manager, who hadn't been there before and the staff refused to call, was there. He exploited my problem by applying a very high exchange rate, claiming that was the hotel's rate. I only stayed because it was 1:00 AM, my leg was sore and I couldn't walk, and I had a flight back to my country the next day.
I've been to many hotels in my life, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that you can turn a blind eye to many things (something not working in the room or something not as shown in the photos), but when it comes to the behavior and education of the staff, NO.
I will never accept such rude and impolite people who show no empathy for a paying customer (a lady alone in the night) in difficulty.
That's why I don't recommend this hotel; go elsewhere please.
