のんびり出来て良かったです
Pros:

ランクアップされた部屋のバスタブが広くて清潔だった
駅に直結していて便利
12時までお部屋を使えたので、朝ものんびり出来て時間に追われなかった。スタッフの方が皆さん感じが良かったです。

Cons:

1階の朝食のレパートリーがないようだったので、外で取りました。パンのおかわりとかありといいかなと思いました

Great hotel, personable and professional staff.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast
Upon entering the hotel we were assisted by Cherry Fujiwara who was able to help us in English which was great. She arranged baggage storage and a cab to visit the castle and gardens which was very much appreciated.
After checking in we met Koji Asano who was superb. His attention to detail was outstanding and he was able to give us advice in a number of areas which made our time in Okayama so much better. My wife had a broken foot and the service we received through out our stay was exemplary.

Cons:

Every aspect of the hotel met or exceeded our expectations.
Location and proximity to station and attractions ticked all our boxes.

Would love to go back
Pros:

Splurged on a bigger room on a higher floor, and I think it was worth it. We had a wonderful, memorable stay. Views were worth a lot. The people were great - I wish service was like that in the US. :-)

Great location.
Front desk staff is good and helpful

Cons:

Air con is weak.

When we pop into Applause for a drink, we were stopped by a waiter, request us to show room card and confirm to pay cover charges of 1500 yen before go inside, which make us feeling displeased
