素敵なホテルです！
Pros:

子ども連れには最高の立地で、受付時にお得にアップグレードしてもらえて嬉しかった。景色も最高で子ども達は興奮気味に窓から見える新幹線や在来線電車を眺めていました。夕食はフランス料理にしましたが、子ども達にも優しく接してもらって有難かった。思いがけずゆっくりと素敵なコース料理をいただけて幸せでした。

Cons:

朝食ビュッフェでテーブルについた時、食器などを用意してもらえたら嬉しいです。

A high quality hotel one of the four best I have stayed in during my travels in Japan over the years. Highly recommended
Pros:

This is a very high quality hotel. Beautiful decor, and immaculate. Staff were professional, attentive and kind. The location is excellent near the station. Breakfast was very good.

A very classy hotel literally connected to Okayama station.
Pros:

The Granvia I is very convenient to Okayama station whether walking inside the entire way or outside. It has a beautiful lobby. The room was excellent and it seemed there were always plenty of helpful staff on hand. Convenience to the station is perhaps its strongest suit. We arrived, again in the rain at Okayama station

我的房間928是一個多功能房（可以給到高齡或者身體不便的人使用），但浴缸使用完以後要將水放掉時，水會從浴缸外的另一個排水蓋子溢出來，導致我離開浴缸的時候發現地面是濕的並差點摔倒。
