The furniture is old and The service in the hotel was very bad...when i reach the rooms r so dirty .

The furniture is old and The service in the hotel was very bad...when i reach the rooms r so dirty ...after that i call the reception they delayed me 20 minutes then one come to clean...even if i order small things to my room they delayd me..it take more than 20 minutes for any thing...and the worest thing when i want to check out i wait from 7:30 to 8:08 for some one to take my luggage and i delayed to the airport and not get a comfortable chaires in the flight and i was have kidds with me....

One thing is good with the hotel is the location only..

Even the fees is to high and expensive

Great location, watch for breakfast charge, otherwise good.
Pros:

Loved the location, room was great. Was given an upgrade which was really appreciated.

Cons:

Booking.com showed the booking included breakfast. We had a room for 3 people, 5 nights, breakfast included. In the morning we were told the third person needed to pay for the breakfast. This was NOT mentioned or in the T&C's. Reception were adamant we needed to pay. I have contacted customer services at Booking.com but no reply! This is poor. I booked another hotel in the same location under the same terms and we did not need to pay for the third breakfast. Hence only 9/10.

В целом хорошие завтраки. Достаточно быстрое размещение. В комнатах хорошо убираются. Брали верхний этаж, поэтому был превосходный вид из окон.

Cons:

Комнаты "уставшие". Может конечно так задумано "под 10-15 лет назад", но дверь в номер точно без приложения силы должна закрываться. Не омрачило никак отдых, ни в таких местах проживали, но оценить на 10 рука не поднимается.

Hotel bien placé mais l’accueil est impersonnel et la chambre mérite d’être rénovée.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner offert pour compenser le mauvais check- in a été apprécié. En revanche, le check- in a été déplorable. Pas de welcome drink et une demande de deposit de 500€ a été maladroitement demandée et prélevée. De plus, le personnel du front desk ne parlait pas anglais et l’expérience a été difficile. L’eau de la piscine était froide. Le dernier soir, un cafard a été trouvé dans la salle de bains alors que nous étions au 17eme étage… rien n’a été fait pour cela. La chambre était propre mais un peu vieillotte et la salle de bains mérite d’être rénovée.

Cons:

La vétusté de la salle de bains.
