Güzel otel kanka
Lifeguards at the pool were incredibly leery and creepy. They just simply stared at my friend the whole time in her bathing suit. The hotel is clearly in need of updating. Old and tatty around the edges. Use your money and go stay somewhere else! The only reason we came was because of the pool, but the sauna is only for men in the mens changing rooms and the drying machine as well - sexist AND inconvenient. The lino on the pool floor is uneven and coming apart. ridiculous to have 2 lifeguards for a pool of 1.6 metres (of which one was having a nap anyway!). Poor poor poor.

Clearer description of the foods display. I accidentally ate dumplings with pork meat. I am a vegetarian.
We received an upgrade to a presidential suite from a junior suite, which was much appreciated during our six night stay in Shanghai. The staff were also very helpful - directing us to the nearest hospital to see a Dr to acquire medication for an unexpected illness (but not an emergency). The rooms were also exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff were very attentive while my husband was unwell.

Location is very nice, just a few steps from the famous Nanjing Road. It has a bar at the side with occidental drinks and food that can save you when trying to find something different to chinese. Luxurious, comfy, everybody is very kind.
Everything was fine.
Отель достойный. Всё от заселения до выезда на высоком уровне. Жаль что жили в нём только два дня.
