Good stay, location but some staff attitude must change

The location is unbeatable

Cons:

The staff, one in particular when checking out seemed had connection with the taxi driver and made us feel uncomfortable and got us to book two taxi’s instead of one. This level of professionalism should be condemned by the hotel as it clearly shows conflict of interest. Regards

Cons:

concierge staff was the WORST in the world! very LAZY, ARROGANT, VERY RUDE, not willing to help! i was not the only one who had a bad experience with the concierge, other guest were complaining about it too. Crown Plaza, you must do something about this.

A very good place
Pros:

A very good place, with the atmosphere of old Shanghai, and plenty of restaurants. The hotel is fantastic, the staff is very helpful, and they provided me with many extra amenities that I would normally have to pay for, but I received them free of charge. Thank you very much.

Fabuleux séjour
Pros:

l'hotel est idealement situé, à proximité du metro et du bund ! Le personnel est adorable et serviable, une boisson est offerte au bar à l'arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique et varié, idéal avant de partir parcourir les rues de Shanghai! Pour Nous avions un départ très tot le matin du dernier jour et un petit déjeuner à emporter nous attendait à la réception. Un vrai plus!
Les chambres sont de taille correcte et très confortables et la vue de nuit sur le bund est tout simplement splendide!
