Pros:

Las instalaciones y el desayuno

Cons:

Reserve por booking y en la información de boooking nunca sale explícito que aparte de la reserva, el impuesto y gastos por servicios que siempre se pagan en cualquier hotel, hay que dejar 1/3 del valor de la reserva adicional como garantía en el momento de entrar.
Por ejemplo a nosotros el total de todo nos salía 900 dólares…pero el día que entramos al hotel tuvimos que pagar 1200 dólares porque había que dejar un deposito de garantía de 1/3 de la reserva.
Como pagamos con tarjeta de crédito … el día que nos fuimos gestionaron la devolución del depósito y todo bien, se demoró 10 días en aparecer el dinero (300 dólares del depósito en garantía) en mi tarjeta de crédito.

Lo complicado fue que en el hotel no hablan todos inglés … y no entendíamos porque nos estaban cobrando 300 dólares más al ingresar… leímos toda la reserva de booking y no encontramos en ni una parte que había que dejar 1/3 del valor de la reserva adicional como garantía, entonces fue engorroso y perdimos mucho tiempo en lograr entender lo que nos querían decir.

Cuando entendimos obviamente lo dejamos y no teníamos problema, pero es importante considerar eso porque booking no lo informa.

If there were more than perfect, I would’ve put it there
Pros:

We loved it because simply it is in the middle of the city and the main road basically just steps away from the room so yes, we love it

Cons:

I can think of nothing to say about the property. It is absolutely perfect.

AC doesn’t work, was told since it’s older building this is expected and we were told to open the window for 10 minutes. Bath tub leaks even when it’s plugged. We had do not disturb sign on and a staff member ignored it and still cleaned the room. We had towels hung up so they didn’t need to be replaced, but we still got new towels. The bathroom / shower door makes no sense, it can only close one side at a time. Price not worth it for what it was, we paid extra thinking it was a 5 star hotel, it definitely was not.

Excellent location, will be considered on my next visit to Shanghai.
Pros:

The hotel is located at the beginning of the Nanjing Road pedestrian walkway, and there's even a secondary exit onto that street. The room is quite comfortable for its size, and the cleanliness and room service are adequate. The towels were new and of excellent quality, and the breakfast was very good, with many options.

Cons:

I didn't like the shower; there were two steps to access it, and although the bathroom was spacious, the shower stall was relatively small!

The shampoo and body wash smelled like tangerines, which I don't like, but it was acceptable, although scent is a very personal thing.
