Wonderful location, friendly staff - a perfect stay.
Pros:

We love our stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful - the house keepers' staff is especially wonderful, constantly refill the water and if we put in "do not disturb" they send us the care package of extra water out the front door. The only disappointment was that the reception advise that they will send a cake up to my mother's room for her 70th birthday when we check in but that didn't happen - but the overall stay was fabulous so that didn't dampen our holidays much. Location was great, close to everything. We would definitely comeback and stay here again if/when we are back in Shanghai

Cons:

The pool, definitely could be better - the pool area is not very big or deep with 2 staff being on life-guard duty on each end of the pool and there's 2 other male staff wondering around - make me and my son feels a bit uncomfortable as if we are being watched all the time as we were the only 2 in the pool at the time.
