Desperately in need of an upgrade!

Location is great. Staff are super and they should be rewarded for having to work in such a poor environment.

Cons:

Toilets flooded all the time. Room service app doesn't work. We ordered room service from the waiter. The food that arrived was disgusting.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία!!!

Είναι πολυτελές και καθαρό σε εξαιρετικό σημείο.

Cons:

Είχαμε πληρωμένο πρωινό για όλους μας αλλά οι έφηβες κόρες μας δεν μπορούσαν να ξυπνήσουν στο ωράριο…. Θέλαμε να πάρουμε ένα μπολάκι δημητριακά με γάλα για την κάθε μία στο δωμάτιο και τους έπιασε πανικός… θα μπορούσαν να είναι πιο διαλεκτικοί αλλά επειδή δεν γνωρίζουν αγγλικά δεν είναι και εύκολο να τους εξηγήσεις. Με λίγα λόγια πληρώναμε 19€ το άτομο επιπλέον για λίγα δημητριακά. Σε γενικές γραμμές το πρωινό είναι 90% Ασιατικό οπότε θεωρώ ότι για μη Ασιάτες είναι πολύ ακριβό! Μπορείς να βγεις από την πόρτα του ξενοδοχείου και να φας με πολύ χαμηλότερη τιμή το ίδιο πρωινό.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as we had requested, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we needed to start the day. The location was also perfect and made exploring the city very easy and convenient.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Pros:

2 eme visite tout était bien mieux que la première fois dommage nous restions qu’une nuit. Le 3 eme lit était prêt le bagagiste nous a aidé à monter tous les bagages et le lendemain pareil à les descendre. Vue sur la nanjing road très beau

Cons:

Notre première visite était moins bien. Dommage qu’ils n’avaient pas anticipé pour éviter un avis moins bon.

Gerne wieder bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Shanghai.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Ich bin sehr spät angereist und ich konnte kostenlos bis 14 Uhr mein Zimmer nutzen. Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend.
