Was overcharged still waiting on refund have recieved correspondence but just going around in circles with no result. N
Pros:

Location great
Beds comfortable

Cons:

No service at reception nor was room serviced once during our stay no fresh towels or coffee/tea supplied
Furniture old and very uncomfortable partially broken couch and lounge chair
Place is tired and needs upgrading and would not stay again nor recommend
Overall quite disappointed for the money we paid.

Pros:

Good, central location, bed was super comfy. Room diffuser scent was actually really lovely, not too overpowering, good coffee machine and kitchen equipment.

Cons:

Couple of extra towels for our 4 night stay would've been welcomed.

The list is long, from a poo in the loo on arrival, to lifts that don’t work, to weed being smoke on the floor, dirty, old and run down.

Wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Location … tried to help over the fone and gave alternative for showering

Cons:

Water was off on the Friday morning then had no hot water for the rest of the stay and had to go to another apartment. Fridge leaked all over food when we got there and all over floor so had tp mop
Up with tea towel… room nothing like pictures
And also so noisey sleep
Was limited
Dead bugs were squished on the wall and some public hairs on the floor in the bathroom

Cons:

All the online pre check-in requirements are a bit of an overkill Was not happy to post a photo of myself holding my id onto a 3rd party site. But, they did help us work around that so was thankful for that.

I don’t think I will stay again
Pros:

Location close to where I wanted to be. Even though there was no one manning the desk we found it easy to check in and out with the instructions sent to us.

Cons:

Looking out to a car park was not what I expected for a view. The room was also stuff so had the door opened and as you lay on the bed with the breeze it feel dirty and so public having cars drive pass you when you trying to relax.
