Grim room, very noisy, extremely poor service, never wasting $ with you again
Cons:

Apartment was disappointing in that it had a leaking sink all over the floor in the bathroom, no plug in the kitchen sink and a dirty cloth left on the side.
Customer service was terrible, from a 1900 check in until 2300 to get issues sorted, which your only offered me another studio that was equally tired & very noisy due to street & bar below. You refused to refund me. Added to which the next door apartment had a party until 4am, so no sleep here.
The clue should be in the name UrbanREST, very poor customer service. Eventually got a refund via booking.com APPALING

Would definitely come back again.
Pros:

Great location. Close to everything including bus stop. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Was a little bit noisy on Saturday night. In saying that it wasn’t over the top.

Booking . com has a lot to answer too on this one but there nowhere to be seen or heard of

Flying out of wellington.

Cons:

The studio advertised we pay 'ed good money for , was pretty much a standard sized hotel room in a very ruff spot in wellingtons city ever morning and every night the street was filled with homeless and drugged up locals, it was a nightmare.

The building is in serious disrepair the lifts broke down preventing us getting to our room ad there was no one on site to help us and along with many other guests we were stranded outside and inside for hours at inconvenient times , the safety routes are nowhere in the building and we witnessed more than one health and safety breaches.

Not terrible, bad view
Pros:

Good location and clean apartment

Cons:

The pictures advertising the studio apartment were not like the real thing at all, a totally different layout. Also the view is level with a car park and it’s all you can see as if you’re a car in the multi story

Cons:

To many things to list, cleaning staff need to do better and get rid of uncomfortable single seats for a couch, couples like to be closer than a meter apart. Also bed mattresses need some attention and pillows

I stay in Wellington often for work and this place is one of the best I have stayed in.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Easy to understand how to enter and exit the building.

Cons:

The pillows are too fat and too hard, but that's just me. :-)

Better in the winter as there is no air conditioning and also be aware its paid parking

Cons:

The heat there was no air conditioning or fan so even with a balcony it was still very hot the balcony was so dirty my socks and shoes and clothes got black from the ground and windows

It was dog friendly, so we were relieved that we could bring them at such notice and the Hotel were so accommodating to

Bed was super comfortable, we had the best sleep in years.

Cons:

The glass table as it has sharp corners in a small space where our dogs had almost injured themselves had we not noticed.

Pros:

We were in town for the NZ Fringw Feztival so the location was 100% spot on for us.
