After booking confirmation, an online check‑in form will be sent via link and must be completed to access your apartment.
Check‑in details will be provided 2 days before arrival. A damage pre‑authorization of 200 (local currency) will be taken during online check‑in and released within 7 business days after check‑out, subject to unit inspection.
We manage multiple units at this location, and the layout of your assigned apartment may vary from the photos shown. If bringing a pet, please be aware that each unit allows only one pet (weighing under 20 kg, at least 1 year old, and house‑trained).

Furniture and fittings were worn and tired looking
The overly complex check in procedure, requiring Face ID and multiple log ins
The seemingly constant clanging, banging and general ruckus created by a non-ending string of garbage trucks emptying every glass bin, rubbish bin, recycling bin in the streets during the night.
Arrived at the property after a long days work. It took long time to check in as there process did not work. Once inside the suite the room service wasn’t done, not cleaning. All the beds had dirt linen. All rubbish in the kitchen with beer and drink bottles. Contacted the property and advised that they can’t help as no cleaners were available. Extremely dissatisfied as we had no where to go as for three adult guests with separate rooms. Very disappointed with the service

Booking and receiving instructions were complicated. No physical person to communicate with. Free parking indicated, but when paid for room, told Studio Apartments didn't include parking (extra $80 for 2 nights). No air-conditioning. No coffee, no milk, only tea stachels. Shampoo and body wash containers empty. Water leaking from upstairs Apartment in bathroom onto floor. Photos on booking site showed nice views from windows. Ours was a view from our balcony straight into a carpark (see photo)
Die Lage ist extrem gut. Das Te Papa ist ebenso in der Nähe wie das Vergnügungsviertel um die Cuba Street.
Die Zimmerbeschreibung der teureren Kategorie hat ausdrücklich eine Waschmaschine umfasst. Deshalb habe ich diese Kategorie gewählt. Es gab aber keine Waschmaschine. Vonseiten der Unterkunft gab es dazu keinen Lösungsvorschlag.
Der Aufzug war über das ganze Wochenende defekt. Nach der Reparatur gab es keine diesbezügliche Information.
Im Badezimmer, auf der Couch und auf der Küchenzeile waren Haare.

An absolute joke of managing a situation where lifts were not working and people were left locked out for hours at a time.
There is no accountability and no help available.
I will be asking for a full refund after returning 2x to be told via email i could not enter my appartment and if anyone left they could not return due to door controls. Women and children were locked out at 11pm.
The appartment was directly beside a car park..no light just looked at cars.
There is no security, when you book they demand a deposite and photos of ID documents.
You then need to use 2 painstaking key codes that failed to work.

Many people were left in the lobby for several hours. We called our trip short due to stress of not being able to get back into our room and having the fire doors wedged open. I asked for a refund and was ignored. They required $200 hold on my credit card and after check out the hold was not removed - upon calling them I was told it would take SEVEN days!!!! This is robbery. Do not stay here.

Lovely spacious apartment close to the centre of town.
the battery of the remote control in the lounge wasnt working, we had to buy new batteries to make the tv work.
the smoke alarm played early morning making us all evacuated in pijamas to the cold weather, my kids were distress with the loud sound, another day the fire doors were close hard to open manually we were with shopping and kids, and we were stuck between the lifts and the door that wasnt easy to open manually.

Decent apartment but spoiled by terrible check in and customer service. Book at your peril!
Positives: Very central location, well equipped, spacious, really appreciated the washing machine and easy air drying, big supermarket and eateries close by
The whole experience was spoiled by the terrible check in management. First, we booked 8 months ago and reserved a parking space. By the day we were arriving we had received no check in or parking instructions. No response to messages so I had to phone a call centre. They claimed no record of the parking reservation so had to do that again. They also said reception desk was manned all day so check in would be fine when we arrived. We arrived to find ourselves locked out of the receptiom lobby which was unattended and clearly had been for days or longer (unopened mail etc). We didn't ever see any staff, not even when we had a fire evacuation at 5am. Another guest let us into the lobby but to check in I had to phone the call centre again twice to get entry codes for our toom. When we went out we returned to find the code for the lobby didn't work so I had to call again for a different one. Meanwhile another new guest was having the same problems. We spent our whole stay worried that every time we left our room we wouldn't be able to get back in. What a shambles. The apartment itself was fine but this caused too much stress and frustration to enjoy our stay and I would not recommend.
