The room was just bad in many ways. I'll never book a room there again.

Staff unfriendly and unwilling to help. Room smelled bad, had smoke stains. TV was small and in a bad location on the wall. The room was just bad in many ways. I'll never book a room there again.

Pros:

The staff was welcoming and accommodating when we needed an early check in. We stayed here to be close to family in the hospital. The welcome bags with water and chips were LIFE SAVERS after the long stressful day. The location had us within minutes of the hospital, restaurants and stores like Kroger and Walmart. We couldn't have been more pleased. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

Cons:

The hotel isn't bad, but the entire third floor reeked of dampness. The windows wouldn't open to let in fresh air, and the air conditioner smelled of dust and mold (I recommend cleaning it at least once every six months).

Pros:

For one, it is in a nice area. Walked in and the person attending was very friendly and kind.
Checked me in and all.
From walking in to the lobby and to my room, all was clean.
I liked the shower. Small walk in shower, enough to not wet outside (I'm not a fan of the shower curtains in hotels), so this was great.
Very spacious and smelled good.
Great selection at breakfast.

The rooms had maintenance issues and no working tv for most of our stay.
Pros:

The location is great, right off the highway and close to restaurants and a variety of stores. The breakfast was delicious but a suggestion would be to on occasion replace the sausage links with breakfast sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. Those three items can be eaten in a variety of ways and creates options for your customers.

Cons:

The weather was windy, when we went to our room we could hear a wind draft. When we went to the window the seal was not in good shape and that is where the draft was coming from. We also noticed some of the window locks we broken. Being on the first floor this was a concern. We were moved to another room. The room was clean but we checked the window locks and some were broken. The lamps were rusted and the lamp shades had some burns. The room did not have a telephone and no alarm clock. The TV worked in the beginning and then it didn't work for the remainder of our stay. We informed the clerk of these issues.

Good for the cheap price.
Pros:

Staff was great. Everyone was super nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great. The TV remote didn't work half the time and could not turn TV off. The window did not close properly and made a whistling sound 24/7. The hallways smelled like marijuana.
