The staff are very helpful and the location is perfect for shopping

Used to stay in this hotel before but this time the bed centre sink down. Sleep uncomfortable. Also fhe day check in it wasn't clean up properly. Waste paper wasn't clean and the previous occupy was india and toothbrush came in package was torn

For its great condition (very clean) its close to all you want to do in the center of Bangkok and very reasonable prize. And staff very courteous and professional. They try their best to talk in English so they could be understood when they are responding. Overall it's an excellent hotel. We had not a single regret staying there for ten (10) days.❤️

We booked for 2 nights. We sent message to hotel that were going to be a day late because we missed flight. They never responded and cancelled entire reservation and forfeited what was paid in advance.

Overall, all was good. The only thing i didn't like was A/C blowing directly onto the bed... We had two rooms and in both A/C was placed directly above the bed.

This is our second time staying here in 2 weeks. The second time wasn’t as good as the first. Seems that not all rooms are equivalent quality. This bathroom shower could get hot, body temperature was the hottest it could get. The room was dark and the lights were dim. On the plus side, I would recommend the breakfast option for a short stay. Well worth the money but the variety never changes which is ok for a short stay. A huge ply is location to airport rail and access to metro and bts rail. There’s a decent restaurant next door for dinner.

Whenever I visit Bangkok I always in this hotel. I like the friendliness and staffs good attitude. Also it is very convenience to move around.

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel the day of- it was a very easy check in process- the woman at the counter was very polite.
Our room was great. We got 2 twin beds- it was clean, didn’t smell, the shower and toilet worked fine. Nothing to complain about.

The only hiccup we had was on the last day (of course on our way to the airport) our hotel door stopped working. We got another key and that didn’t work so a nice young man escorted up with another key- and it still didn’t work.
He ended up calling a technician who thankfully took apart the door and fixed the door. It turned out that the door ran out of batteries.
They did this pretty quickly and we made our flight.

The Thai massages down the street were great along with the food.

This hotel was very disappointing. The room was very shabby, carpet was dirty and the bathroom had mould and was in poor condition. Did not enjoy my stay and it did not live up to the reviews on the website.

Hotel is situated close to the metro station, bars, restaurants shops and other amenities, in general hotel was clean, and comfortable.

No safe in the room - for a 4* hotel you would expect one.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good.

I love that the location of the hotel was super near to everything and also it’s near the airport link train. Super helpful and cheerful frontdesk staff. I would highly recommend! 10/10

This hotel just 150m walk from Rachaprarop Airport Rail Station. From Subnabhumi Airport cost THB40/way and journey takes about 30minutes. Walking from hotel to Platinum Fashion Mall about 800m

Fine for the price as it is a good location for the airport link to BKK.

The night staff were very friendly and helpful, the daytime reception not so. I asked if I could check out 30 mins late and without even checking it was a flat and direct no. Fair enough I guess. I’ve lived in and visited Thailand long enough that expecting friendly service from cheap hotels is folly.

However, 15 mins before checkout, while I was getting dressed, a maid opened the door without knocking. She looked annoyed but apologised and left, but 30 seconds later the room phone rings to say I need to check out. I was at reception 5 mins later - 10 mins before checkout - and the receptionist and maybe a manager started talking together and then at me to say I have to wait for the room to be checked. I tried to explain about the maid and that it still wasn’t the checkout time, but they just turned to each other and talked to each other in Thai and completely ignored me, let alone apologise.

Convenient, yes. Good service? Only from the night staff sadly.

Normal is not what I expected

No English when check in took 1.5 hrs to check in
Once I got to room no tv I called the front desk no English so stayed 1 night no tv
The toilet set was broken when you sit on it there are 3 cracks on the sit that pinch again I called to front desk they just say sorry no English then laugh at me
The toilet was running all day and night very load hard to sleep
