Le service laisse vraiment à désirer, surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing.
Nous avons été complètement ignorés au bar malgré plusieurs signes et tentatives pour attirer l’attention. Je me suis même déplacée à plusieurs reprises pour signaler que nous souhaitions passer commande, sans succès.

Après plus de 30 minutes d’attente, nous avons finalement dû nous plaindre pour que quelqu’un vienne s’occuper de nous… Je trouve cela vraiment déplorable et indigne d’un établissement de ce niveau.
