The view was beautiful, and the (fire) restaurant at the hotel was fantastic. The chef was excellent, and the waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The experience could have been better. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed by about 1.5 hours, which was disappointing. We also requested a late check-out for both rooms. While one room was initially accepted for late check-out, the room cards stopped working at 12:00, despite the agreement. I had to wait in a long queue for around 15 minutes just to have the cards reactivated.

Another issue was the housekeeping policy. If you place a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, the room is not cleaned even if you remove the sign later in the morning, after 10:00 AM. This means the room can only be cleaned during the early morning hours.

Overall, while we enjoyed the food, service, and cleanliness of the room, these issues made the stay less convenient than expected.

My brother stayed at the same hotel in room 107 and checked out on the same day, August 28. His €500 security deposit has already been returned.
