Leider kein Fünf-Sterne-Standard
Pros:

Auf den ersten Blick war das Zimmer schön und machte einen Eleganten Eindruck. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer sowie die Lage direkt am Meer.🤩

Das Restaurant Noxe im Hotel war eines meiner absoluten Highlights. Die Bedienung – besonders Davide – war einfach wow. Jedes einzelne Produkt wurde sehr detailliert beschrieben, wodurch man sich sofort wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt hat.
Das Essen wird in eher kleinen Portionen serviert und ist preislich eher teuer, aber durch den hervorragenden Service und die besondere Art der Bedienung empfand man das nicht als negativ.

Cons:

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt in vielen Punkten nicht dem Standard eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat wichtige Informationen nicht von sich aus weitergegeben – man musste alles selbst erfragen. Zudem wirkten einige Mitarbeitende unsicher und nicht wirklich informiert über die eigenen Angebote des Hotels.

Der Spa-Bereich schließt bereits um 19:00 Uhr, und selbst als Hotelgast ist der Zutritt nur mit vorheriger Reservierung möglich. Ist der Bereich zu voll, wird einem schlicht mitgeteilt, dass kein Einlass mehr möglich ist – was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sehr enttäuschend ist.

Auch das Zimmer ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Es war nicht richtig sauber, die Duschkabinen-Scheiben waren deutlich verschmiert. Zusätzlich fehlten grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten wie Badeschlappen oder eine Zahnbürste. Man fragt sich ernsthaft: Fünf Sterne – hat man davon schon einmal gehört?
