Cons:

I was refused checking in to the hotel as I had lost my passport, I had been at the hotel all day and spent over 2000 euros as well as paying 800 euro for a room, the staff were unhelpful and kept changing the story to what I needed to check in. Both the hotel and booking.com were no help
