Very cozy beds. Quiet location. Breakfast was good.

Caleb, at the front desk, was very fast, efficient, helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Just the welcoming comfort we needed after a long frustrday of travel.

Very clean with well lit parking lot.

The air conditioner was so loud and would wake us up every time it’d turn on. The breakfast wasn’t great.

But the people were nice. And the rooms were huge.

When reading reviews before booking this hotel I kept seeing how wonderful it was and it had an excellent rating. I guess I was just underwhelmed. The elevator kept having issues and didn’t want to open on several occasions. Our tv wouldn’t work, but a nice woman came after calling the front desk and rebooted the box. It came on and worked but the remote had to be next to the tv to change the channel, which kind of defeats the purpose of a remote control. There were rips in the sheer curtain and there was a sticky spot on the carpet in between the 2 beds that my sock kept sticking to. Not sure I want to know what that was. The breakfast was not great either. The eggs were like spongey. I’ve never had scrambled eggs that had that consistency before and there was kielbasa or some kind of smoked sausage instead of regular breakfast sausage. Overall the hotel isn’t horrible. It was fine for the overnight stop on our way home from Disney. I’m just not sure it deserves an excellent rating, because I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels with a “good” rating. I will say that both the man that checked us in and the woman who came to our room and helped us get the tv to work were both incredibly nice.

Great place/area

Air conditioning was cool and great water pressure in the shower, as well as the quiet area.

Kaleb was there for all our needs. Thank goodness for employees like this that make your stay more enjoyable.

The front desk lady was very kind. They also had a good selection for breakfast. I was also able to park my big rig at the end of the lot, which was nice.

After being in Tennessee for a week, it was nice to have come across this gem. I FINALLY slept well!!

Customer service was excellent. Room was clean and fairly quiet. Need a better waffle batter though, the waffles were not good.

Stayed here twice this week while going to a wedding. First room, toilet wasn’t bolted down. Second room, there was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. Curtains also don’t completely shut. First time checking in, the front desk was not the friendliest the second time, the gentleman was very friendly. Otherwise it was fine.
