The staff are so welcoming

Our room was horrible. It smelled like mildew, the carpet was damp and ripped. There was trash left from previous guests and the curtains looked like they had blood on them. There was black mold in the bathroom. We didn’t even stay here, left as soon as we got to our room and booked somewhere else. Now we’re out the $100 we paid for this room that we didn’t even stay in.

But the bed needs a big cover instead of just having a sheet on the bed for covers.

The grass was knee deep. All pool furniture was torn up. Pool was dirty. Room was dirty. Shower had mold. Towels were stained and dingy. Walls were dirty. Was very dissatisfied will never book here again.

Staff helpful

The staff was very friendly and it was very quiet other than the train coming through I recommend stay here if you are tired and need to sleep it's right off the exit beside me a lot of gas stations and a Waffle House which was good and a McDonald's and a Arby's in the pilot gas station.

A very Nice place with very nice people

The receptionist was very helpful in trying to get us into a room that we could stay in, but unfortunately, we could not stay at the property as there was a lot of mold and bugs. The rooms were making us sick. Had to leave the property due to this.

Due to the closeness of my stays, my review for this hotel was placed on my review for the hotel in Fort Walton Beach and we actually had an excellent experience at that hotel.

The service was outstanding. The rooms were clean but need updating.

Had to go to 4 different rooms to find one that was partially cleaned. So gross. Hair on the sheets. Shower was gross. It was very cold and moist in the room.

This hotel smelled very musty the minute we stepped into it. The hallways smelled the elevator smelled when we got to the room. It stunk. It was very damp and musty. There was water all over the carpet by the air conditioner. The bathroom door was falling off the frame couldn’t hardly open or close. It was not clean at all. This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. I will never ever stay here again. The only good that came from the stay is the lady who checked us and was very nice other than that, it was awful.

Hotels.com is horrible! Booked the room and when we arrived they had no rooms. Still charged for the room with customer service being no help. Spent over an hour trying to get this taken care of from midnight to 1:00 am. Ending up having to sleep in my car because yall over booked.

Awesome quiet location

It was fine. The staff were nice but the room was dingy and VERY humid inside. It was an inexpensive stop on a long road trip so I wasn’t expecting much but it was still somewhat a disappointment.

We got there and checked in. There were stains on the sheets and towels, a dead moth stuck to the wall, as if someone swatted it and left it and housekeeping never cleaned it. The pool was green, slimey and had cigarette buttes in it. The hot tub was cold and had a dead frog in it. Breakfast ended at 8:30.

Such a warm and welcoming greeting! Feels better than home to walk into the lobby and have a two kind and friendly people greet us and our pet. ❤️
And every guest who entered were treated as warmly.
The room is comfortable and beds and pillows, as well.
AC unit in room is a little loud, but most hotels all have the same problem

This place was gross with roaches and smelled of dog pee. We tried two rooms before leaving and driving a little farther down the road to Mobile for a cleaner place. The staff was very kind and apologetic and we were so grateful for that but would not recommend anyone stay here.
