We were turned away after driving all day.

We had a pet friendly reservation and were turned away due to an unposted weight limit for our dog. Booking.com did not list the limit when we made
The reservation. We were told by the front dest at our check in attempt that we needed to call the hotel to check the weight restriction. The Best Western in the neighboring town where we have stayed several times has no restrictions on pet weight. That inconsistency is unacceptable.

Would definitely stay there again

Breakfast was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The Internet went out in the middle of the night and no one seemed too concerned about it. I went down at 4 AM was working and the person at the desk didn’t seem to know much about getting it up and running.
