Most of the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was broken down quite abruptly. We got down at 8:40 am. It would have been nice if the staff would have told us they were breaking down the breakfast line & asked if we wanted anything more before they jumped in and took everything away.
The whole hotel is nicely decorated and felt welcoming upon walking in. The man that helped us at check in was kind. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved all the seating areas in the lobby and outdoors as well. Very close to Deer Creek (Ruoff) Music Center. We walked there and it was an easy walk with nice wide sidewalks.
The eggs were a bit salty at breakfast and some in our group would have liked biscuits and gravy on the buffet.
It was clean and staff was nice
There were no curtains and the ice maker was broken. Very over priced
Women at the front desk were great. The concert we came for was postponed for one day and our room was renewed for another night cheaper than my first night.
Beer was a bit pricey.
We traveled with friends and shared a room to save money. Loved the outlay of the room. It was perfect for couples.
No shuttle bus to the concert. When I booked the room, the advertisement stated shuttle bus might be available. It obvious they ARE NO LONGER shuttling people to any concert. I think the corporate office should remove shuttle info from the advertisement.

The fold out couch in one of our rooms was futon style and not nearly as comfortable as the actual fold out couch/bed in the other room. We made do, but would have certainly preferred the latter option in all of our rooms.

Nice clean room. Great location if going to see a concert at Ruoff. Breakfast offerings were ok.
