Great location for concerts at ruoff. Very nice, clean, and good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Only issue was our room smelled like smoke pretty bad but they switched us rooms right away and the new one was fine.

Pros:

We went to an event at the Ruoff Center and it was a 20min walk from the hotel. It made it very convenient and not having to pay for event parking was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Our refrigerator in our room was not working when we arrived however after we alerted the front desk they had it fixed promptly. 9/10 only for the smallest inconvenience.
