Pros:

Perfectly located in Shanghai with very clean facilities. The pool is remarkable and so are the different restaurants. If you can please get yourself a room as high as possible 😉

Cons:

When I checked in, no one told me where the breakfast was being served, what were the opening and closing times for the restaurants. I figured it out by looking at the instructions in the elevators. Also, it might help if we can pay in us dollars or euros.

The hotel was clean and satisfying, especially the staff BEN was very good and friendly!!
The location is near the shopping mall, so there were many restaurants and it is very close to Tienzpang.

Good Location, Awesome Staffs! Lookout for Ben ♥️
Pros:

One that stood out during our stay was definitely Ben!
He greeted us every day, recommended us places to go too!
Hotel was in a very good location, walking distance to Tian Zi Fang, short Didi ride to Bund / Nanjing too.
Room was clean & spacious.
Will definitely return!

Miserables internationales Frühstück, sehr wehr wenig und bei Nachfrage gab es nur abgezählte Teile

Kaum Englischkenntnisse beim Personal an der Rezeption,
Man musste erst lange jemanden suchen der einem vernünftig Auskunft geben konnte
Bei einem internationalen Hotel in einer Weltstadt kann man mehr erwarten
Auch im Bar -und Lounge erreichen waren die Verständigung schwierig
