Ar condicionado não funciona
Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, simplesmente por que eles não querem que funcione. Não era defeito, era o ar central limitado em uma temperatura quente para não gastarem energia. Tive que reclamar e então no ultimo dia me deram um upgrade de quarto, que em teoria tinha ar condicionado melhor.

Resumo: economizam no básico. Estão longe de um nível internacional de atendimento e conforto.

Nearly superb - such a shame about the showers!
Pros:

The room was exceptional. Beautifully appointed, well furnished, fabulous bed.
Breakfast was excellent -the choice available and the quality were superb

Cons:

The shower was pathetic - so disappointing. Also the showers in the spa were equally disappointing- with worn floor mats,tired and grubby mosaic tiling. Such a sham when the rest of the place was so good.
Location rather disappointing- it’s not in the French concession as I thought it would be.

For a brand like Pullman they could do better
Pros:

Room and bed is good size for 2 adults 1 child

Cons:

Wifi connection in the hotel is non-existent.
They went to on the central heater just because it was raining outside which makes the room so hot and it unbearable to sleep even when we off the heater

Sehr entspannter und komfortabler Aufenthalt mit starkem Service und top Frühstück.
Pros:

Wir waren über Silvester dort und hatten eine richtig gute Zeit. Frühstück war überragend, große Auswahl und alles fresh. Zimmer groß, sauber und gemütlich, eher comfy als ultra modern, aber genau das hat den Vibe ausgemacht. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auch top.
Wir hatten ein Executive Room mit Lounge Zugang, das hat den Aufenthalt nochmal aufgewertet. Bad ebenfalls nice ausgestattet mit Badewanne, perfekt zum runterkommen.
Grüße gehen raus an unseren Freund Ben mega nett und hat uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben 🫶🏽

Pros:

Great stay! Hotel is well positioned to explore with Didi.
Staff and robots are helpful even with at times a language barrier.
The absolute standout is Ben at the front of the hotel, from directions to transport to just basic help.

Pros:

Perfectly located in Shanghai with very clean facilities. The pool is remarkable and so are the different restaurants. If you can please get yourself a room as high as possible 😉

Cons:

When I checked in, no one told me where the breakfast was being served, what were the opening and closing times for the restaurants. I figured it out by looking at the instructions in the elevators. Also, it might help if we can pay in us dollars or euros.

Good Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean and satisfying, especially the staff BEN was very good and friendly!!
The location is near the shopping mall, so there were many restaurants and it is very close to Tienzpang.
