I shall return
Pros:

Convenient for me and the room layout was great. Easy in and out. Comfortable king bed.

Cons:

Many surfaces in the room had not been wiped down. I am not picky, so when I notice it's telling. The sink, tub, and bed were fine.

Pros:

Facility was clean.

Cons:

Check in person was rude. We booked through booking.con and were not given any instructions or options to notify we had pets. The girl was really rude and told us she would have to downgrade our room.
There was one kleanex tissue and no shower soap or conditioner. The couch was dilapidated and very uncomfortable.

The staff was helpful.

Cons:

Very smelly hotel, floor was dirty everywhere you looked. I asked to get a different room because my first room was disgusting. Hair on the bed, in the bathtub and bathroom floor and A LOT of food crumbs and dirty on the living room floor.

One of the best I’ve stayed at
Pros:

Sofa couch was comfortable and easy to pull out! We loved the room service and the kind faces when we arrived. Great customer service and clean rooms.
