Pros:

Excellent gym, and the staff were brilliant.

Cons:

A little noisy at night. Could hear the people in the next room talking. The sound travels easy.

Appalling Room Service
Pros:

First the good points - spacious room with comfortable bed, nice sized bath tub, and minor maintenance issue dealt with promptly.
However, these and any other good points were more than undone by their room service policy. They only provide room service once every four days, which in my view is completely unacceptable. This was exacerbated when they agreed to clean the room on two days of our stay, and even that did not happen.
it is surely not too much to ask that trash be removed, towels replaced as necessary and the bed made on a daily basis.

Fly infestation
Pros:

The staff were accommodating and the location is decent but everything else about the stay was horrible.

Cons:

Had to change rooms 4 different times because there was a fly infestation and most of the rooms had flies, like houseflies, swarming in the rooms. And then the one room that didn't have any flies, was dirty. The room was not properly cleaned. The towels were folded but dirty. Had hair and stains on them.

Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

A Dog was yelping for several hours. Called front desk, the manager tried contacting owners but no reply. This morning I mentioned it to the manager, basically couldn't care less told me to have a nice day in a sarcastic manner. Did not and would not use my breakfast voucher.

Super friendly staff and nice room.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, good dinner options and huge clean room with coffee machine. I really appreciated the free shuttle service.

Cons:

The free breakfast included with the booking was quite minimal. In future, I will probably just pay for a nicer option in the hotel restaurant.

Pros:

Our overall stay was great, whenever i needed room services they were always quick with making sure our needs were taken care of. The room suite was cute and comfy we stayed for 3 nights and we had more then enough room. Hwy was close by and many other stores. I just wish that atleast free breakfast was included with the hotel. However they did have a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place! Super friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed!!
