Weekend getaway
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and very spacious in the room. The breakfast was also great.

This is an efficient, well managed hotel.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with plenty of space.

Property wasn’t bad.

Cons:

Electricity went out on Sunday and the power company was to blame however, this is SC and it’a a such thing as a hurricane season, now why this hotel doesn’t have a generator is beyond me. No discounts were given with poor faculty professionalism. We are all hot but try and carry luggage down 4 flights of steps and see how hot you are then! Faculty didn’t have to tote luggage around. Not to mention we are the paying customers. Get it together Spring Hill Suites and find better managers to handle these situations better

Cons:

Coffee was cold, luke warm. Condiments were very low. The elevator was very dirty. Missinforned information given about side doors. Power went out the morning if check out, no lights in stair well, very dangerous

Cons:

12:30am someone open my open and tried to come in my room front desk called and asked me what was my last name.
Then the next day the power went out around 8am and never came back on before I left. The staff said nothing
