Pros:

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the room was very comfortable.
Great location right off I-26. Very close to shopping and food.
Travel to downtown Charleston was easy.

Cons:

My room was located next to the elevator, so I heard all the talking and elevator movement.

Other than the shower the hotel was ok

Breakfast was so so

Cons:

No hot waters in shower. When I told reception they thanked me for the information but didn’t offer any compensation. A hot shower should be a given. Also no coffee in lobby and no tea bags in room.

Davita at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She worked so hard. I pray that she gets a promotion to management. She is an exceptional person, hard worker.

I can say my stay was better than I expected. Breakfast wasn’t bad either

Okay not the best not the worst just needs a new cleaning staff

The customer service was outstanding

Cons:

The room was nasty, black mold starting to grow in shower, floor hadnt been vaccumed recently pillows and sheets had stains and what looked like blood stains, the couch had noticeable cum stains, and the whole floor reeked of week i think that it was the family that were in the rooms next to us.

Bon séjour de 14 nuits dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

L’établissement en lui même. La chambre était confortable. Le personnel était agréable et serviable. La mini salle de sport.

Cons:

Le nettoyage des chambres qui n’était pas fait avec sérieux. Les fruits pas mûrs mis à disposition (banane).
