I enjoyed my trip and the hotel did nothing to dampen my spirits, that’s pretty much all you can ask from a hotel!
Pros:

everything was nice and clean, supplies replenished every day, room cleaned/bed made, quiet. What more could I ask?!

Cons:

I wished it were closer to downtown Charleston

The staff would be the only reason why we would stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was great and they had gift bags for the runners of the Cooper River Bridge Race for the morning of. The staff was super friendly.

Cons:

The bed was absolutely atrocious. The king bed that we had to sleep on had 2 big drops from the springs being broken right where your butt is and it was very uncomfortable.

We would stay there again. It was a pleasant stay and reasonable value.
Pros:

Room size and cleanliness was very good. We appreciated the daily attention to service and needs in the room. The breakfast bar was excellent with plenty of add-ons for your taste.

Cons:

The hallway did not get regular cleaning. The stairwells did not get any cleaning in the days that we were there. That could be one area for improvement.

Definitely a 1-2 star hotel.
Pros:

Location and the front desk agent that checked me in was extremely helpful.. however the other agents were not as helpful or professional.

Cons:

Had to get Clorox from the front desk to clean the tub that had a yellow stain. The stain came out after I cleaned it. I also had to clean the bathroom floor and around the toilet. The floors haven’t been vacuum in a while and the hallway floors were filthy and haven’t been vacuum. I was too tired and stress to asked for another room. I did make the front desk aware, since they provided the cleaning solution and rag. The room telephone also didn’t work. Had to call the front desk from my cell phone.
