Not satisfactory.
Pros:

Only the location.

Cons:

As described by Booking.com, there was no Tea/coffee maker in the room.
The room was not clean, we found a dead cockroach in one corner of the room.
The bath tub was slippery without any mat. NO SAFETY FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE. NO HAND BARS etc in the bathtub.
The queen beds as described were not big enough for 2+1 persons.

The hotel was true to its advertisement! Well worth the price. The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean and cozy. We felt safe being there.

Cons:

I liked not having to prepay or having a hold put on my card.

Not a very pleasant experience! Very uncomfortable and unsatisfying.

I liked that it was close to our family destination and close to the Kerman Boardwalk.

Cons:

The entrance room door did not open and close properly!!! The restroom door did not close all the way so there was no privacy. The toilet was leaking. The room had an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet. No room service phone. There were parts missing from the carpet and the wall. It was too late to take my family and my kids to another hotel. So we stayed there unfortunately! We had a not very pleasant experience.

I had an amazing weekend

The Staff was super nice , friendly and helpful. The lobby was always clean and welcoming especially with the World Cup going on. Best experience.

I like that the price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly. My son loved the pool and he could've stayed in there all day. The breakfast was a 6/10. I would stay again would try one of the suites on the 3rd floor. and hope for a better visit.

Cons:

The outside of hotel was very nice as well as the lobby but the room that we had the head boards was damaged and chipped, the carpet had a wet smell, ac unit wasn't cooling well. The last thing that i didn't like is that the washer didn't ring my clothes out and i had to put them to dry 3 times. Our neighbor asked to be moved due to mold and roaches. That's probably what the smell was in our room.

Cons:

It was under construction. I booked a room but when I got there it was gone. My room was an old room across the hall from the room they were using for storage. Smell was not good. I was not pleased at all.
