Fantastic location for the England game in the World Cup
They insisted on valet parking, even though the parking space is immediately adjacent to the front door of the hotel !
The staff and facilities were as expected. Of course the location is excellent.
The cost at $1,400+ for one night. Not a suite mind you, a single room with two beds. I would have assumed the breakfast buffet would be complementary at this price point ......no, that will be $40 for each guest. I can't help but think "price gouging" for the world cup event.

Great location for visiting Patriots Place and Gillette stadium. Room was clean and pleasant. Staff friendly and professional. This was my repeat visit and as always I was satisfied.

We were disappointed that tbe digital key didn’t work. There was a stain on the rug that no one disclosed to us before our stay.

The location is excellent. Step out the door to the shops and restaurants at Patriots Place. The staff was great. My grandkids loved the pool and foosball table in the lobby.

There was a loud noise coming from the vent while trying to sleep. There were some stains on the floor and some on the bedding under the sheets.
The front desk help was fantastic checking in and checking out. I was blown away by the texts after check-in making sure everything was good. I also liked the complimentary things like the cupcakes and the hof Tix
