I don’t recommend staying here. The cost is too high for the service provided.

The front desk staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was no AC in the lobby/breakfast area/ first floor. There was no ice in the ice machine on the second floor. The door to our bathroom didn’t work so we had to put our suitcase against it so it wouldn’t open. We checked in on Sunday and they didn’t clean the rooms any day. By Tuesday we had the trash overflowing and when I asked about housekeeping I was told they were gone for the day. They informed me I could take out the trash and put it in the hall and someone would get it. I had to ask for about 7 trash bags and clean bedding. I took out the trash and changed the bedding and asked for toilet paper. There were seven of us staying in the suite but I was told we could only have one roll of toilet paper. Oh and the coffee machine in the room didn’t work either. The breakfast is also terrible with very few choices. The pool is rather small although nice for younger children. I wish the water didn’t look so murky because of the excess chlorine though.

Close to airport, had a shuttle

Cons:

Smell of bleach at front desk and the rooms had a funny smell. Saw a roach in the bathroom, no lotion in bathroom. The hallways were dirty, some dirty laundry in the hotel.

Nothing we were turned away as soon as we walked they didn't even try to fix the situation or anything

I wouldn’t recommend staying.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The cleanliness and general quality of the hotel. It’s not in very good shape. I have plenty of images. I found what appeared to be possibly blood stains in the elevator and a blood stain on my pillow.

Pros:

Overall, our stay was good. The staff were attentive every time we would ask for more towels or bed sheets.

Cons:

The room had a weird murky smell. I had to buy air fresheners. The lock in the shower and restroom was difficult to lock.

Old dirty hotel in marked disrepair

The room was large with a high ceiling and the bed was comfortable

This is an old hotel in disrepair. In the middle of the night a high pitched screeching was emanating from the toilet room. It sounded as if a water pipe noise??? I had to try to sleep will pillows over my ears. There was no body soap- the container was empty- in the tub. The room and furniture are old and dirty. The room has NOT been anywhere recently remodeled. The room was horribly overpriced for what we received

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THE ROOMS ARE LITTLE THE RESTROOM IS TINY.If your a bigger person definitely don't rent this.The shower sucked.The breakfast was horrible, running watery eggs.No seasoning whatsoever. The sausage was horrible.Beds are stiff just find something else cuz this place wasn't it.
