It's better than a lot of hotels I've stayed at.
Pros:

Located in the middle of downtown Fairhope, access to shopping and dining is a short walk. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. I'd stay here again. The food served was better than most.

Hilton management should come and tour this property ~ it is so bad. Fairhope is beautiful and with a location like this

Pros:

I would give this hotel a zero if possible. Worst night in a hotel in 20 yrs and I travel weekly. I chose this hotel for its location and recommendation from a local. It needs a complete remodel / update. Beyond the old carpet, furniture, bedding, bathroom counter and tile, the AC was horrible and the room had an odor. Will never stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect! The room was clean. My grandson loved the breakfast buffet and eating in the breakfast room. Free parking was a huge benefit.

Cons:

The pool was closed. Hard to see where to enter to check in and park coming from the Main Street.

Gross!
Pros:

I rate a ZERO - This hotel is terrible! the only thing going for it is the location. I arrived and noticed stains on the sheets, the carpet tiles smell and you can see the concrete underneath, the furnishings are stained, & they only service rooms every other day. It’s GROSS! To top it off, when I returned home I found a tick on my personal pillow I brought with me to the hotel. 🤢 I paid $600 to stay for 2-nights. I can’t believe Hilton allows this hotel to remain open in this condition
