Not as good as it used to be
Pros:

Location is great. Parking is good. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Nice tv once someone pushed the reset button.

Cons:

Stayed 2 nights and Room was not cleaned. Keys didn't work several times. Desk blamed it on my phone. Asked to have soap dispenser fixed but no one did. Breakfast ok but not as good as in the past. Hotel seems to be worn out. I was told it recently sold so may all this will change.

The stay was perfect for a mother/daughter get away!
Pros:

The location was right in the middle of all the shops. I took my mom this vacation so she could shop as much as she wanted. We just walked out to the shopping.

Cons:

The property was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic also.

We love Fairhope only 2 and half hours from where we live . Have stayed at this hotel for years

Nice hotel in the center of small interesting city. for our roadtrip it was good decision to 1d stay
Pros:

location of hotel in the center of small but very pretty city.
pleasant staff
perfect calm streets and authentic peer area
parking places for free around hotel - I parked my car just in front of hotel

Cons:

tea in the room will be good
more varieties for breakfast - for example something green (leaves, vegetables...)

It's better than a lot of hotels I've stayed at.
Pros:

Located in the middle of downtown Fairhope, access to shopping and dining is a short walk. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. I'd stay here again. The food served was better than most.

Hilton management should come and tour this property ~ it is so bad. Fairhope is beautiful and with a location like this

Pros:

I would give this hotel a zero if possible. Worst night in a hotel in 20 yrs and I travel weekly. I chose this hotel for its location and recommendation from a local. It needs a complete remodel / update. Beyond the old carpet, furniture, bedding, bathroom counter and tile, the AC was horrible and the room had an odor. Will never stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The location is perfect! The room was clean. My grandson loved the breakfast buffet and eating in the breakfast room. Free parking was a huge benefit.

Cons:

The pool was closed. Hard to see where to enter to check in and park coming from the Main Street.
