The staff here are all lovely. The rooms are lovely and clean. The only thing about the room is that the big curtain can’t close all the way and we prefer a blacked out room so other than that the room was nice. The hot tub and gym are wonderful. The pool is freezing though

Hotel needs some work. Some areas (doors mainly) shoddy when opening / operating.
The room was fine, but it would be nice to have some USB or Lightning charging ports.

Place and room were run down. Room was dirty, sink didn’t drain, no hand soap etc in room. Trashy place in my opinion.

Pros:

The king bed felt like sleeping on a brick. So uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. The interior needs upgrading. For the price I was disappointed.

We had a king suite, which was roomy, and had a great kitchen with a full sized fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom had solid lighting, and lots of counter space. The bed was comfortable, and there was a large window (unfortunately just a view of the parking lot). There was also a good-sized living room area.
Staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out. It was close to the main street, and dining. The only negative was the hot tub was not working (I noticed this on their website after we had booked).

Rooms were as expected, large and clean. Location is very central.
The pool was large and clean

Cons:

The staff that checked us in and had the night shift, he was not informative about the settings, offerings and details of the hotel. He also said, when I asked, that there were no other pillows available. My neck was so stiff after our stay.
