La gentillesse et la disponibilité du responsable d’hôtel qui s’est confondu en excuse et à remboursé bien évidement le petit déjeuner non consommé !!!
L’emplacement à proximité d’Orvault

Cons:

La panne d’électricité qui a duré de 2 h du matin au lendemain nous privant de climatisation par une nuit à 30 degrés et avec l’impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres bloquées en oscillant battant…
L’hôtel n’y ai pour rien mais difficile de trouver des points positifs à l’expérience !!!

situation géographique et petit déj

Cons:

j'avais réservé le petit déj pour 2 personnes au moment de la réservation de la chambre.
Il n'a été consommé que par 1personne et la facturation s'est faite pour les 2 petits déjeuners par jour et par nuité.
C'est désagréable de constater cette situation. Pour une prochaine réservation, je me contenterai de réserver la chambre et je ne m'engagerai plus pour les petits déjeuner.
Le personnel a anticipé mon arrivée et m'a fait parvenir le code d'accès.
