Friendly staff and helpful
You should have told there is construction side next door. So nosy, can not sleep. Booking.com should not sell this hotel. Feel like being scam
Great stay! The staff were friendly and professional, and I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious, the location was excellent, and the service was great.

Very tasty, a bit delay on the fried stuff (a better version of breakfast), came a bit late
My wife did not like being a bit ignored and felt she was not listened, I as a man got great service and attention. The service man with tourist attractions was excellent.
Suite was great very large and well set up
The was site works next door but I was only told about the potential noise problems after I booked so even if it was an issue for me I could not do anything because there was a no cancellation policy.

Disappointed by lack of information from booking.com that there was a building site next to the hotel now view only scaffolding and building site, nosey? And deceitful marketing your advert for this hotel said lounge benefits included, there is no lounge and only beer and soft drinks in the restaurant truly disappointing experience

Location to the BTS train line, close to shops. The view from the deck was great. The staff and room service were fabulous. The pool had a great kids area and bar for drinks. The whole set up was amazing.
We had no issues with the propert
Location was good. Room was a good size.
Breakfast was too lean. Same thing everyday. For a place like Thailand, not enough fruit. We had requested an early check in, which was not possible. However the lady did not tell us it would only be ready at 3pm and not at say 1230 Pm. When we came back, we asked for coke zero which should be included in the club benefits but we were charged for it - seemed very petty for the stature of Dusit. The club benefits were zero - nothing to eat all day except coffee and tea. In the happy hour - nothing to eat, not even peanuts ! Don't advertise benefits if you do not wish to give them. It was an apology. Not the best staff. It was an average experience. Bathroom looks old.
