We liked everything!! Room was clean, staff were very nice and the food was OK.
They gave us a room with an old smell, we didn’t like it. But eventually they showed us few other rooms which also had smell. At the end, we were upgraded and given two bedroom unit. That was very nice of them.

بعيد قليلا لكن لم يكن هذا البعد عائق ابدا .. محطة المترو قريبه جدا وسنترال وورلد عشر دقائق مشي .. اقترح على الفندق توفير سياره شاتيل على الاقل للتوصيل الى سنترال وورلد .
I booked four rooms for three nights so my wife and I could celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary with our family.On arrival I immediately knew I had made a mistake.
Rachadamri is a delightful area but this hotel is located on a very unappealing street, no trees or gardens just high, untidy, boardings trying to hide building work.
First impressions of the hotel tell you it is outdated and in need of some tender love and care. The men who unloaded our luggage were not welcoming and dressed in poorly fitting dark black suits.
The reception area is old and outdated.
The reception staff who checked us in were efficient and helpful.
The suites were clean, well maintained and quite large.
Walking round the hotel depressed me, old furniture, white washed walls, bare undecorated corridors, a swimming pool that has seen better days and a very unattractive dining area.
I tried so hard to find any kind of "wow" factor but failed. It just wasn't the place we would get able to celebrate and feel good about it.
I met with Khun Kung who acted in a very, understanding, empathetic, professional manner. She reiterated the hotel's policy of not giving refunds and I explained that my wife and I had paid a lot of money on the rooms but would not be able to celebrate such a special occasion here and asked if it might be possible to override the policy so that losing so much money would not overshadow our celebrations.
We did not stay.
I was told I would be contacted by telephone or email. One week passed without any contact and instead of enjoying our family holiday I have had to spend time chasing a response. It came in the form of a very unsympathetic e-mail from the general manager.
I am embarrassed to be a Dusit Gold member.
For me, the Dusit Brand is irreparably damaged and our golden wedding anniversary will always be remembered for this insensitive, uncaring lack of kindness.
I made such a big mistake booking this hotel.

Review of Dusit Suites Hotel
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Dusit Suites.
The hotel is very good, with an excellent location. It is close to many facilities and conveniences, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and other services. However, it is about a 30-minute walk to Siam Paragon.
We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and comfortable. One thing to note is that the photos on the website make the rooms look slightly better than they are in reality. I would say the actual room reflects about 80% of what is shown in the pictures. Nevertheless, it was still a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help.
I honestly cannot say there was anything I disliked about the hotel. The only minor inconvenience was the construction work next to the property, which caused some noise at times.
Overall, I believe this is an excellent hotel for families. It is quiet, comfortable, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. We had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly consider staying here again.

Das Hotelzimmer (Twin Suite) war sehr geräumig mit großem Balkon und tollem Ausblick. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr lecker, das Frühstück war auch gut aber die Auswahl war begrenzt. Der Poolbereich ist schön und man kann nach einem Sightseeing Tag gut entspannen dort. Den Fitness-Raum habe ich nicht genutzt aber gesehen dass er geräumig und gut ausgestattet ist.
Die Lage ist sehr gut direkt in der Nähe von UBahn und Einkaufzentrum/Restaurants.
Das einzige was man kritisieren könnte wäre der Fahrstuhl. Diese sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verlangen Geduld. Die Klimaanlagen am Gang sind laut wie wohl überall in Bangkok aber im Zimmer hört man davon gar nichts.

The rooms were large and self contained. The on-site restaurant was lively and the pool was enjoyable. Close to BTS and very convenient located to Sukhumvit, Silom and Central World
