A nice hotel in a good location but the facilities could be better managed
Pros:

Good location in Battambang, rooftop pool and generally a nice hotel.

Cons:

Overall, the place feels like it could be better managed. For example, the wifi is very poor; the breakfast is not very good; there is a gym but it was not usable when we were there.

No hand towels. No safe deposit box. Only 2 packs of coffee. Power point near the bedhead for phone charging.

Pros:

The Location is great, perfectly located for accessing everything and there is plenty of off-street secure parking. The view from my room was good. Staff very helpful and go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Not much to add here...was all good.

It was a nice hotel with good location and interior design, but needs work on sound proofing & pest

Beautiful decor and white bedding
Beautiful view from the window of the city
The location is near everything

Nice working TV with quality picture and local channels
Updated bathroom; bathtub was large and nice, shower was sometimes too hot

Cons:

Acoustics in the building is excellent however I can hear loud chatter all throughout the night from guest in the hallway and the cleaning ladies in the morning talking shit about guest's rooms is highly unprofessional. I wish the bedroom could be sound proof.

Phone rang in the middle of the night. Why?

My room had roaches coming from under my bed and in the bathroom.

Laundry system: I had a really busy schedule each day, so I didn't have time to fill out a laundry list that charges based on type of garment. I wished they would charge based on weight. And so I had to find an outside laundry service.

The hose for the bidet was leaking and the bathroom floor was always wet. Toilet paper holder was flimsy and so it was a messy disaster when it would fall on the floor.

La literie , comme la piscine, sont de tailles appreciables
L'emplacement est à 6 7 minutes à pied du central market

Cons:

Hormis le personnel qui nettoie les chambres,il n'y a aucune interaction avec le personnel de l' hôtel.
Les portes de l hôtel sont ouvertes donc les portiers sont à l extérieur et ne regardent pas quand on rentre.Au guichet, on voit deux sommets de tête..mais personne ne lève la tête quand on arrive.
Un à deux coups de peinture seraient les bienvenus. La baignoire et le rideaux de douche ont vu un nombre fcertain de personnes passer....

Cons:

Each room has a balcony, but no access to the balcony unless you want to climb out of the window. Fitness room dusty with now working machines.
