Un séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin !
C’est la deuxième fois que je viens, la première fois avec mon frère et cette fois avec mon mari, et franchement… toujours au top !
Une attention incroyable aux détails, une équipe chaleureuse et professionnelle, et une surprise magnifique dans la chambre qui nous a vraiment touchés ❤️

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et spécialement à Mme Ghita pour son accompagnement, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Elle m’a aidée à choisir une décoration magnifique avec un prix très raisonnable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel sans hésitation. Merci encore pour ce moment inoubliable 🙏✨

Hotel qui mérite ses étoiles.
Pros:

Tout le personnel de l hotel, acceuil, restaurant et ménage.

Cons:

Juste remarque: A améliorer le ménage un peu de poussière dans les placards, aussi ajouter les produits à base du blé complet dans le Petit dejeuner.

Le personnel est parfait. Mention spécial pour Abderahim. Il s’est vraiment bien occupé de moi lors du petit déjeuner. À ce propos le petit déjeuner était très bien. La chambre était propre.

Cons:

La carte qui ne fonctionne plus après quelques heures m’a mis en colère. J’étais logé au 10e étage. Il a fallu à chaque fois que je descende pour la recharger. Il faut vraiment faire quelque chose, ça m’est arrivé plusieurs fois. Et en partant, j’ai vu une cliente en colère parce que ça lui arrivait aussi. La télé ne marchait pas, et les odeurs de canalisation sont un peu gênantes. Enfin, le bruit c’est infernal. Heureusement que le personnel est super sinon le séjour aurait été mauvais.
