Très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Dès mon arrivée, il y avait une odeur vraiment désagréable dans la chambre. J’ai fait une réclamation à ce sujet et le personnel est venu avec un produit pour camoufler l’odeur. Ce produit était ensuite utilisé tous les jours, mais le problème de fond n’était pas réglé : l’odeur était simplement masquée.

Si vous venez dans cet hôtel pour vous reposer, je vous le déconseille également. J’étais à l’étage où se trouvait un espace utilisé par le personnel de ménage et, dès le matin, les discussions à voix haute, les cris et le bruit dans les couloirs rendaient le sommeil très compliqué. Aucun respect pour le sommeil et le repos des clients.

Le ménage a également été source de plusieurs problèmes. Un de mes produits personnels est tombé et s’est renversé dans ma chambre après le passage du personnel. Lorsque je l’ai signalé, on m’a simplement répondu : « Peut-être que vous l’avez mal fermé. » Pourtant, j’avais voyagé quatre heures avec ce produit sans aucun problème. J’ai trouvé cette réponse particulièrement peu professionnelle : au lieu de simplement reconnaître l’incident ou de chercher une solution, on remet directement en cause la parole du client.

À plusieurs reprises, il manquait également des choses basiques dans ma chambre : serviettes, papier toilette… J’ai passé une partie de mon séjour à descendre à la réception pour signaler qu’il manquait encore quelque chose.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, grosse déception également. Peu de choix à mon goût, personnel peu accueillant et certains plats ne comportaient même pas d’étiquette permettant de savoir ce qu’ils contenaient. Il ne vaut mieux pas avoir d’allergies ou d’intolérances alimentaires, ce qui est justement mon cas, car il devient difficile de savoir exactement ce que l’on peut manger.

Mention spéciale malgré tout au monsieur qui prépare les omelettes : souriant, professionnel et agréable.

Worth visiting but requires improvement on negative feedback
Pros:

Absolutely stunning and clean and with good location with lovely room size. Room had good aroma and vibes. Helpful staff. Breakfast was splendid

Cons:

Aircon was not working so well I was shifted to different room on 2nd day reason room has problems but another room given was more hot then the 1sr room. Shower temperature was hot and cold depending upon showers mood. Female staff had communication issue especially on the spa

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Team war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise extrem freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und extrem gemütlich. Das Bett war bequem und es war wunderbar ruhig.

Sauberkeit: Im gesamten Hotel, inklusive des Wellnessbereichs/der Lobby, war alles makellos gepflegt.

Frühstück & Gastronomie: Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch und es gab eine tolle Auswahl. Auch Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt.

Lage: Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – zentral und dennoch ruhig, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.
