will not rebook this hotel
Pros:

The air conditioner fan was so loud I slept with the ac OFF. The evening clerk was nice; morning clerk rude. I wanted to explain why I had an extra room key but she fled from the front desk. I had dropped my initial packet of keys in my overflowing/travel bag and had to ask for another key

Cons:

Why was I assigned to a disabled room? WHY DIDN'T THE AIR CONDITIONER WORK PROPERLY?

Pros:

De locatie is prima voor een doorreis naar Los Angeles. Dichtbij een outlet mall met diverse restaurants in de omgeving.

Cons:

Ontbijt was maar tot 9 uur. Veel etenswaren was al op.

Pros:

I liked my entire visit. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate, and I was even able to have an enjoyable breakfast the following morning. Most of all, I was satisfied with the customer service. I was double-charged on my card, so I called, and the staff was tremendously helpful in resolving my issue.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. So, I feel that this question is a non-factor for me. I guess the next time I will try to find something to write in this section. LOL!!

GREAT STAFF, clean rooms, comfy beds, safe location, free parking
Pros:

GREAT STAFF - very friendly and helpful!
Location is good - easy to get to, quiet, and no homeless people around this part of Barstow.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfy.
They have Dove toiletries, which is a very nice touch. Also there is a keurig machine in the room for morning coffee.

Breakfast was OK - not as good as at the newer La Quinta locations, albeit Holiday Inn did have more options for fruits on waffles and they did have yogurt.
Breakfast verdict - the sweet options of waffles, cereal, yogurt, and fruits options are good; but the savory options are a bit disappointing - English muffins, scrambled eggs, and breakfast sausage patties. And they were out of eggs, so only the English muffins and sausage patties were left.

Cons:

Breakfast hours are from 6AM-9AM. Breakfast should be until 10AM. Eggs were done by 8:45 and not replenished.

Would stay here again
Pros:

Quiet, convenient to freeways and restaurants (Chili’s is right next door), excellent breakfast, front desk is staffed 24 hours by friendly, helpful staff, all this and pet friendly!
