Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple reviews describe the hotel and rooms as clean, immaculate and well kept; a few mentions of localized odors (weed, frying smell) slightly reduce score.
Service
7.8
Staff frequently called friendly and helpful, with one strong example of resolving a billing issue; offset by reports of a rude morning clerk, slow check-in and a mistaken room redirect.
Location
9
Consistently praised for highway/outlet proximity, convenient for stops, close to restaurants and shopping — one of the strongest positives across reviews.
Room Quality
7.5
Beds and comfort often praised, but issues noted include loud AC fans, TV remote problems, room odors, and at least one guest assigned an unsuitable (disabled) room.
Amenities
7
Fitness suite, indoor pool and laundry/Gym are noted positively, but several complaints about pool closure, jacuzzi paint issues and very hot common areas lower the rating.
Value for Money
8.5
Multiple reviewers state good value/quality-price ratio and find the property suitable for a convenient overnight stop.
Food and Beverage
7.7
Breakfast is frequently described as good or acceptable, but there are repeated notes of limited hours, items running out and room for improvement in offerings.
Overall Experience
8
Overall positive experiences with clean, comfortable stays and convenient location; recurring operational issues (noise, pool/AC, occasional staff problems) keep the experience from being excellent.
