立地と設備の相殺で価格は見合ったものだが・・・・。
Pros:

立地の良さと設備の老朽化、レベルはコストを考えるとタイであれば見合ったものと思います。ただ、窓も無い部屋でありながら発生源、侵入箇所不明の蚊が次から次と部屋に入ってきて寝れず。この対策だけ徹底的にやれば寝るだけ、タイのローカルホテルを理解していれば全く問題ないのですが・・・・・

Needs a good cleaning.
Pros:

The entire place could use a good cleaning. It looked pretty grungy. The sewer smell was quite strong, even with the plug in the sink and one covering the drain. The wifi was not very good or reliable.
The bed was comfortable & the a/c was very strong. There were lots of windows to open & the room caught a cross breeze so, that was nice.
It was very quiet.
No elevator...

早く着いたが、チェックインも早くしてもらえた。スタッフが夜中でも嫌な顔をせず気軽に対応してくれた。設備などは古い建物なのでそれなりでした。

Value for money but..
Pros:

I have stayed here over the last 8 years on 3 occasions. started of well but the building has deuterated with no proper refurbishment.
The staff try to do their best. Free bottles of water, coffee, tea. Bed sheets changed daily if requested.
The sink in my so-called superior room was blocked and the water did not drain away. When reported the manager just said use less water. It was also coming off the wall. During heavy rain the water gushed down broken down-pipe
It is value for money.
Close to thong Lor station and some good eating shops. esp Fifty Fifth. There is also a fantastic Sticky rice and durian / mango shop. Good laundry close by.
TV in room but can only watch news.
WiFi did not function for a couple of days.
Looks like the place could be closed down if a good offer is received.

Very nice room, quiet alley and affordable price. Probably the best option if you consider hanging out a lot in Ekkamai - Prom Phong.

Pros:

パタヤから戻ってきて飛行機が7時出発の便なので空港で荷物を預けるかはたまたどこかホテルを頼むかを悩んだ。
パタヤのホテルのチェックアウトが12時→そこからナースパタヤのバスターミナル→空港かエカマイという選択肢の中でやっぱあったほうが便利かな、と思ってホテルを選択した。
正直、寝てもいないので可もなく不可もなくで荷物置場として利用したので特に気に入るとか気に入らないとかはない。
