Overall, to be honest, i better pay 200-300 euro more and stay in a better hotel.
Pros:

Its location. Clean rooms, people in reception VERY friendly.👍

Cons:

They don't have air conditioner, it's too hot in the room, i would NOT stay there again in the summer time.
Rooms are noisy night time also, probably their ventilation system.

Pros:

Nice design, thirties-ish, Poiroit in Cairo vibes. Loved the care of the decor. Clever layout of a very small room meant space to hang up a couple things. 24h reception so it wasn't a problem our train was delayed. Flavoured water for free in reception which was a nice cool airy space to do a little work for an hour after checkout. Very comfy bed.

Cons:

We didn't book in for breakfast, gave it a quick walk past and thought it looked not very varied for the price, so went elsewhere.

Die Zimmer waren extrem klein, teilweise kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen. Wir waren bei Temperaturen von 30 Grad dort und es gab teilweise auch nur kleine oder gar keine Ventilatoren im Zimmer. In einem Zimmer ließ sich die Tür auch nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr schließen. Uns wurden für die Zimmer mit nicht öffenbarem Fenster bzw ohne Ventilator nach der ersten Nacht größere Ersatzzimmer zur Vefügung gestellt.

A definite comeback!
Pros:

Loved staying at Max Brown!
Everything was perfect: from its location (close to the station and downtown, but located in a rather quiet street) to the amenities. The biggest thumbs up goes for a bathtub, which isn't a default option in most hotels anymore. Also, a kettle is always a big plus for me.
Apart from the cozy and quirky (in a good way) room, I really appreciated the common space (lounge area) downstairs that is welcoming and accommodating for work and leisure.
The record player in a room is just a cherry on top—everything was created for a comfortable stay here.

Cons:

Grammar error in one of the decorative posters in the room (not really something I didn't like, but it made me chuckle).

Für unseren Aufenthalt fast perfekt :)
Pros:

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Nettes Personal und gute Lage.

Cons:

Wir waren bei 35 Außentemperatur im Hotel und es war dann doch irg wann sehr stickig im Zimmer. Der Ventilator den wir hatten ging leider nicht mehr gut. Allgemein denke ich, dass die deutschen Hotels sich bald etwas überlegen müssen, evtl. Mal an Klimaanlagen denken.

Pros:

Wir waren schon häufiger im MB. Gut: Die Tassen auf den Zimmern sind nicht mehr Emaile. Ist zwar nicht so stylish, aber man verbrennt sich nicht die Hände beim Kaffee im Bett. Sonst wie immer: bequemste Betten, nettes Personal und nette andere Gäste. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Bad ist klein und der Duschvorhang ist einfach unpraktisch, aber das lässt sich nicht mehr ändern bei dem Layout. Macht aber im Gesamtkontext nicht viel aus.

Pros:

Wer Asiatische Essen mag, können hier übernachten. Es ist sehr nah an Immermannstr 😉

Cons:

Sehr eng, wir können unserem Koffer nicht hinstellen da es seeeehr eingeengt ist. Der Koffer kommt unter dem Bett leider…. Das Fenster war direkt auf der Straße, sehr hellhörig. Es ist sehr warm da nicht klimatisiert ist.

Pros:

Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Ausstattung ist mal was anderes mit vielen kleinen ungewöhnlichen Dingen zum entdecken und nutzen

Cons:

Lautstärke innen und außen. Gefühlt keine Fenster drin. Besoffene grölen direkt vorm Hotel und die Müllabfuhr fährt ab um 05:00 Uhr alle 15 Minuten und macht einen Höllen-Lärm. Fenster sind unfassbar dünn. Da hätte ich auch auf der Straße schlafen können, da hätte ich mehr Schlaf gehabt. Schade.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in sehr zentralem Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Freundliches Personal.
Das Frühstück hätte noch ein wenig umfangreicher sein können.
Das Zimmer war zur Straße, daher in den Morgenstunden etwas laut, vermutlich aber auch nicht vermeidbar.
