عدم الالتزام بالعرض المقدم ويحجز علي شيء وبعد كدا يلغي بعد دفع الفلوس
لا انصح به علي الاطلاق

no towel, no soap, the internet is vey week in side the room , no tea or coffee

ممتاز

The suite was horrible! The sofa and the dining chairs are filled with stains :( The Wifi sucks. There is no wifi in the bedroom whatsoever! You have to stay in the living room to use their turtle speed Internet! There is a rusty water kittle with NO tea, coffee, or even sugar! They didn’t put soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste! So many things are wrong here! The tv is 32 inch! The tv table is broken! No shaded parking; you have to park on the street. The give you only one bottle of water a day, even if you’re staying in a suite with you family. Most of the lights are burnt. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel! No carpet! The check in process was awful. Although my booking was fully paid through Hotels.com and confirmed, the told me I had no reservation! I had to contact Hotels.com to resolve the issue. It took us more than 30 minutes to fix the issue. Their email is not updated. They didn’t receive the reservation email from Hotels.com. That email was sent to another email! Hotels.com called them and asked them for the correct email! They reception guys don’t speak English. Stay away or you will regret paying a penny for the so called hotel! Don’t be deceived by the pics.

أجلس ساعة عشان ال check in وآدفع ليلة لحد مايلاقوا الحجزوأستردها تانى يوم وأنتظر نص ساعة عشان يعطونى كوبون إفطار للمطعم الخارجى
لا يوجد آى نوع من التنسيق على الإطلاق.
أما بالنسبة لموقع Hotels.com أرسلت إيميل وموظف الموقع لم يتطرق لحل المشكلة بحجة إنى آرسلت من إيميلى الثانى وليس المسجل لديهم مع أنه يحمل إسمى
إتصلت على الأرقام السعودية مش شغالة إتصلت دولى لمدة ٣٠ دقيقة تكلفة فى حدود ٤٠ دولار والموظفين رافضين يقفلوا الخط ويتصلوا عليا بعد حل المشكلة لازم أفضل معهم عالخط

Old building - fair level of cleanliness - they don't respect online reservations

It is a dull place stranded now where and no lobby.

Nice 2 bedroom family apartment with kitchen and dining area. Room a little dirty but cleaned right away.

Worst ever. Furniture is old and smelling bad. Reception is not responding. Disappointed

تقريبا حول الفندق كثير من العمارات قيد الإنشاء مما يجعل اطلالة الفندق ليست كما تتمنى
العفش بحالة أقل من الوسط ويرجى العناية بالنظافة أكثر

The bed sheets and the couch are not clean. I couldn't sleep or even sit. The room smells cigarette smoke. The TV doesn't switch to other channels.
The only good thing is the restaurant down stairs (Beit Misk). It's delicious and they deliver to your room. But I recommend going trying the restaurant without staying at the hotel. All in all, I don't recommend to stay at this hotel.
