Rundum schöner Urlaub im traumhaften Seoul!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat wirklich eine perfekte Lage, um alles wichtige zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, schöner Fitnessbereich, das Personal ist wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich, das 7-Eleven und das Café im Gebäude sind perfekt für leckeren Iced Coffee am Morgen - sogar mit Hafermilch! Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel von sehr guter Qualität
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr günstig an zwei U-Bahnlinien sowie am Airport-Train Arex. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Im Untergeschoß gab es Lokale zum Essen.

Pros:

Le confort , la propreté et les accès métro / train en dessous de l hôtel
Petit déjeuner varié mais onéreux avec une plage horaire trop courte. A 10h les portes se ferment et vous ne pouvez plus rester dans la salle de restaurant.

Cons:

Horaires du petit déjeuner. Jusque 10h30 serait bienvenue. Piscine onéreuse. Activité qui devrait être gratuite compte tenu du prix des chambres hors petit déjeuner

No one help us our luggage the front desk it's in the 1st floor we have 4 luggage with my daughter we need to used escalator to go up with heavy luggage. Front desk not welcoming. Food not much choices.carpet going to the room are so dirty even in elevator. Not recommended. I paid here so much.its said 4 star but they said only 3 star.and toooo much expensive here.

Absolute gem.
Pros:

Lotte City is where I will always now stay in Seoul. The location is incredible, right on top of a metro station (accessible from the hotel) which can take you anywhere in Seoul, including the airport. The room was generous in size and very clean, nice large bathroom. Convenient coffee and bagel shop downstairs, pharmacy, 711, and loads of restaurants and shop downstairs. Normally even a grocery store but it's currently being remodeled so right now it's closed. My travel partner was hurt unfortunately and the staff were super helpful with finding a doctor/hospital solution, and with loading up bagagge etc on our way to the airport.
