Too expensive for what is
Pros:

Very convenient for public transport, metro station under the hotel.

Cons:

First is a 3* not 4 as published in Booking, during weekdays waiting long time for elevator, no access to the pool, not very friendly staff.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable during our stay and the hotel was clean. It was easy to check in and had a mini 7-eleven in the lobby that was very convenient. Very close to the subway, so it was easy to get wherever.

Cons:

The water pressure in the bathroom for the overhead shower vs the hand held shower piece was so awful. It was actually some of the worst water pressure I've ever experienced. Bathroom sink had a weird smell that my husband noted.

Comfortable place to stay located centrally.
Pros:

Very comfortable and on top of a subway station. Also plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Cons:

One night we had a very strong food smell coming into the room. Fortunately that only happened once.

楽しい旅行でした!!
Pros:

今回のお部屋は上の方の階で見晴らしもよかったです。
電車に乗るのがとても楽でよかったです。

Cons:

身体を洗うスポンジが毎回変えてくれるのですが、
使ったスポンジは捨ててあって新しいスポンジが置いてなかったので少し不便でした。

Metro istasyonu hemen otelin aktında olması çok büyük avantaj. Metro ile her yere ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz.Temiz ve sakn bir otel

Klimalar sürekli açık kalıyor kapatsanız bile hava akımı geliyor,biraz eşyalar eskimiş , perdeler eski.

전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 투숙이었습니다. 다음에 출장을 오면 다시 투숙을 할 예정입니다.
Pros:

아침식사의 품질이 매우 좋았습니다. 한국적인 음식이 많이 있어서 다음에도 조식을 신청해서 먹을 계획입니다. 가장 만족했던 메뉴는 따뜻한 한국식 스프와 낙지젓갈, 그리고 김이었습니다.

Cons:

특별하게 아쉬웠던점은 없습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 투숙이었습니다. 하지만 투숙할 때 칫솔 및 치약을 제공하지 않는다는 것은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 가능하면 칫솔은 제공하는 것을 고려해주시면 좋겠습니다.

Not customer friendly
Pros:

I arrived in Seoul at 1am and reached the hotel around 2 am.
The booking was made for 3 nights, starting from today, but the check-in was only allowed from 3 pm onwards.

I explained that I need to start my online meetings from 8.45 am onwards the same day.

The young man at the reception was trying to find a solution but he couldn't do anything without his manager. I finally asked to see the manager. She came and offered me a room for an additional $185. Basically to spend the half of the night until 11 am (the checkout is at 11 am). I find the service horrible.

They could have allowed me an "early check in" with an additional surcharge for the upgrade of the room. Or try to to find a customer friendly solution.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel as there are plenty other around. I have already traveled many times to Seoul and I always have been happy with the service. Absolutely not this time !
